Dirty room No heat. Heaters did my work. 10 below zero out side. Felt sorry for the clerk she was layered in clothing. In canceled my stay.

When I first walked in it was freezing cold in the lobby. They had not heat in the lobby. The receptionist had to check my room to make sure it was okay before I went back. They also mentioned a waterline break that could impact my stay. As I walk through the freezing cold halls to my room I notice the aroma of **** all over the hotel. I also see trash bags outside of peoples rooms, like people were actually living here. When I enter my room I notice that the reclining chair is all tore up, the fridge was dirty and my bath towels/wash clothes looked stained and didn’t smell very clean. I also notice they have no smoke detectors in my room. This place felt very unsafe. I felt like I was staying in someone’s trap house. The next morning I go downstairs for their “Continental breakfast” only to find a couple muffins, some cereal and coffee. Also the lady eating at the table said she’s been at this hotel for a week now. That’s when I knew people legit live here for long periods of time. Luckily I was only there to sleep and I was out the very next day, in a hurry. Avoid this place at all costs. Not family friendly and you’ll lose sleep wondering if some hood rat has a key to your room. 0/10.

Thought that I would come out to my vehicle in the morning and it would be on blocks, .vandalized.. Room has no hot water, no T. V, no microwave, wires hanging out of ceiling,.. one good thing about the place was it was roof over our head for the night. Top 5 of my list of worst places to stay

Room had no heat and missing a shower head

Just an overall terrible place. From the pictures the outside looks great but as soon as you walk in the place is dirty, outdated, and there were shady people walking in and out of the place. I left the same night and the company refused to reimburse me. I feel like they stole my money. That place needs new management, new owners, and a lot of money to fix it.

It was an okay building aside from a few issues with the shower head not really having a strong water pressure when switched to hot, the tv didn’t work(which was fine, we were out most of the time, and the phone wasn’t connected(again fine but seemed weird). The staff was great though, really nice and made the check in and check out process really quick and easy. They were able to answer all our questions and overall made it a nice time there.

The hotel was very dirty. The room had no tv, no smoke alarm, and no toilet paper. There were wires hanging out of the wall. There was mold everywhere. The bedspread had cigarette holes in it, and the sink had cigarette burns. The man at the front desk was nice and cancelled and refunded my money.

Poor plumbing, uncomfortable beds, loud heat unit, loud neighbors, way too high for the conditions and area it’s located .

Everybody was very friendly and helpful. Yes there were some guests up late but everyone was peaceful and respectful. Great place to relax for the price!

Website did not say anything about needing a deposit, came to hotel and was denied because no deposit so I was left without a room. Front desk lady was rude as hell and wouldn’t give cooperate number for a refund

In room, coffee maker did not work. Toilet ran continuously. Desk chair was broken.

This property is NASTY and UNSAFE. People were fighting in the hallways. There was NO coffee, juice, milk or butter at breakfast our whole stay. The rooms STINK. The fire alarm was hanging out of the ceiling and covered in plastic. I will be reporting this. The lobby flooded and we were told we would get a refund, but we didn't. DON'T STAY HERE!!!!

There were blood stains on the carpet, the shower didn't have any water pressure, there appaered to be *********s taking place outside in the parking lot.
