The facilities are a little bit old, but they are quite unique. The hotel lobby corridor is filled with photos of singers from before the 1970s. The hotel is in a good location and the price is affordable. There is a golf course in the backyard, which is more suitable for family travel.

The location is nice, the pool is very nice. The beds are tiny and uncomfortable. We got a room with two double beds, we are a family of 4, two kids and two adults and we were very uncomfortable. The free breakfast is nothing to write home about. I probably will not stay here again. But if you are looking for a good bargain and want a nice pool to hang out at this may be your place.

large room, overlooking pool side, wide hallways, comfortable bed.
Sorry we didn't get to visit the lounge or restaurant due to Feb 14th celebration...but will return.
I've stayed here many years ago and was pleased that it has basically stayed the same!

I really enjoyed the heated pool. The jacuzzi was crowded at one point so it was nice to relax in a warm pool in the evening.

I don't know why other people rate this hotel low but I think its one of the best one I stayed at. First, the staff in total are friendly. I would like to mention specifically Belen from the IW Club. She's very welcoming and went beyond her duties. The entertainment was spectacular. Christine Love is an amazing performer. The hotel is clean and spacious. I was just so happy and satisfied with our stay. I think its worth more than I paid.

Your facility is excellent
However you charge $47 as a resort fee
Then you pile on $20 a day because we park our cars ourselves and we have no other option
Charging for fitness and health spa, basically the same
Charging for in room coffee and newspaper neither of which was used nor requested

Front desk informed me that “locals” are not longer “allowed” to stay at this hotel, but allowed me this time because I was already there checking in. He said they have “too many issues with locals” I am sad because I liked this hotel because it’s the Lucy o’ball hotel.

The style and decor of the resort was that of a times past of the days when things were just better, safer and classier of how people were. Really a great place to stay.
