This place is not what I expected. There were sketchy people pacing the parking lot and when I came in to check in the guy at the front desk that was helping another guest was arguing with them about stealing from the food counter and it was just a scene for no reason. The room was okay didn’t smell good when we came in but at that point we were just ready to shower and go to sleep. The bed..it caved to the middle so we really didn’t get much sleep. Needless we won’t be staying here again, we will gladly stay at the Springhill Suites the next exit up the highway.

The room just wasn’t clean the furniture was old and out dated. The Drawers was falling off in the kitchen area or wouldn’t close all the way. It was just a bad experience

Enjoyed my stay. Comfortable beds, clean rooms. Really only complaint I have is the hot water isn’t that strong in the showers and there’s no full curtain in the window so there was a bright light just shining into the room all night. But neither of those things make or break my experience.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. This time we decided to get a larger room. Upon arriving we noticed there was no vanity in the room. And they had given us a handicap accessible room. I went and double checked my reservation and I did not reserve a handicap room. I went to the front desk and asked to have another room due to no vanity. They said they didn’t have one but could give me an “out of order room” that had a vanity so I could do my hair and makeup. Made no sense. I like to have my stuff sat out during our stay. Not pack it up and unpack it in two different locations every time. Anyway realized there was no hair dryer either (guess that comes with the vanity). Had to get ready in the kitchen area using the table area for my stuff. Had to brush our teeth in the kitchen sink cause that was the only counter space we had to lay our stuff out. Tried again to talk to someone at the front desk but once no one was there (waited over 10 minutes) the other time I tried to say something they were walking away as I talked. We really like this area and usually have no issues but this time was a real disappointment and no one seemed to care.

There was no breakfast (Check in person told me to go down the block for breakfast), no ice machine, Room was not an 8.0 like the advertisement. For the money this was a poor selection of hotels.

I didn’t like the fact that I was woke up out of my sleep at five and 7 AM in the morning to the smoke detectors going right now I most definitely hated the fact that when I got up tried to brush my teeth and freshen up before checking out, there was no water at all at the time that I checked out, there still was no water and I did not like the fact that it was a flood in the hallway at two different spots down from my room and another thing I did not care for the front office staff the guy that was there at my check in time I feel he was rude and nasty acting

It was an excellent stay for the weekend. The room was clean, the kitchen was very convenient and the parking options were nice. Only thing was that the shower head dripped for awhile after each shower but closing the door made it hard to hear anyways. Would totally stay here again.

Great property. Had an issue with the first room. The staff made sure everything was taken care of and had us upgraded by the time we returned. Upgraded to a suite.
