For the price, the service could have been better. Bed was uncomfortable, lots of noise in the hallway. Location is close to the train station which is good. But not the nicest street and lots of construction going on. It was clean, but carpets are somewhat dated.

Great hotel, loved the authentic Austrian decor. Friendly staff. Just very expensive meals and breakfast at the hotel restaurant

Very nice hotel. I love the elevator a lot because you can see the mountain covered with snow as you go up!

火車站走過來5分鐘。步行到黃金屋15分鐘。
給了一個尾房，但是面積大，淋浴和馬桶是分開的兩間。
頂樓有桑拿，晚上5-8點開放，需要刷房卡進入。男女混浴，沒有更衣室，就是換衣服、洗澡、蒸桑拿都是不分性別的裸體。有一間汗蒸桑拿屋和一間紅外線專門烤後背的屋子。提供飲用水、躺椅和毛巾。有個室外平台，可以看到雪山。

必須感謝攜程。
2號慕尼黑暴雪交通中斷，攜程客服經過努力，將房間延至3號（正常當天不到不退款）
到因斯布魯克，好的酒店都在山上，因為都是度假滑雪的自駕人士，火車站就是為短暫旅遊人士準備的。即便如此，也是一房難求，就不要奢望性價比了。
這個酒店離火車站非常近，300米，用不了5分鐘。酒店對面是工地，沒有噪音但是有工人，不能拉開窗簾。
房間很小，就是兩張床的面積，但床很舒服，布草很好，但是枕頭太軟，入住太晚就沒有要求加換。
歐洲沒有洗漱7小件可以理解，但是這個酒店1700元一晚，連個正常的速溶咖啡和袋裝茶都不提供就太差了。
