Parking is convenient, the location is excellent, it's very quiet, and breakfast is good too. The main highlight is the excellent service; every staff member was enthusiastic. We had a small issue with our car, and two male staff members stayed with us, helping until the problem was quickly resolved. "The hotel's facilities offer great value for money, and the front desk and room service are excellent. However, this was my first time encountering such a lack of professionalism and poor attitude from a reservations sales person. Since the hotel is close to Beijing and quite large, I thought it would be a good option for future conferences, offering good value. I asked the sales person if she could show me the meeting rooms and provide a quote so we could keep them in mind for future events. The female sales person impatiently replied that there were many meeting rooms and insisted I provide the exact number of attendees before she could show me any, otherwise, it would be impossible. Shouldn't a good sales person strive to fully showcase their products and services to meet both current and future market demands? We will have many conferences in the future, ranging from small to large scale. Don't they want to build a client base for future sales? This is the first time I've encountered such a sales approach! Perhaps because it's in Yanjiao, and there are no other hotels that can compete, they simply don't lack customers!"

"This stay in a king-size room was absolutely amazing! It deserves a five-star rating! The room was immediately striking upon entering. It was clean and cozy, with no odors at all. The mattress and quilt in the king-size room were incredibly high-quality, with just the right firmness. Lying down on it, I felt completely relaxed. The quilt was fluffy and soft, and incredibly comfortable. I slept soundly all night, without any discomfort from sleeping in an unfamiliar bed. The room was well-equipped, with easy-to-adjust air conditioning, a comfortable wind speed and temperature, and virtually no noise. The hot water came quickly and at a consistent temperature, and the shower flowed generously, making it incredibly refreshing to wash away a tired body. The details were also a plus. The multiple outlets near the bed made it easy to charge my phone before bed. Drinking water and delicate teacups were also provided on the table—a thoughtful touch. The view from the window was also lovely. Opening the curtains in the morning to let in some fresh air lifted my mood. The hotel is conveniently located for dining and shopping. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick, and any requests were promptly responded to. The entire experience was very pleasant. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in this area. I highly recommend it to everyone!"

"I've been working on a year-long project in Yanjiao recently, and whenever I'm here for business, I always choose to stay at this hotel. The hotel boasts a great atmosphere. As soon as you step into the lobby, you're greeted by a subtle, refreshing fragrance, perhaps orchid or jasmine, which instantly lifts your spirits. The guest rooms are spotless, and the mattress and pillows are incredibly comfortable – I slept like a log last night. Features like electric curtains, Xiao Ai (the AI assistant), and smart toilets give the rooms a touch of modern luxury and high-tech convenience. All the staff are incredibly friendly, especially the young ladies at the front desk whose service is exceptionally thoughtful. Their smiles aren't just professional; they're genuinely warm and heartfelt. While the breakfast selection isn't as extensive as a five-star hotel, it's nutritionally well-balanced and perfectly sufficient. Overall, Ji Hotel is truly a fantastic hotel."

"Staying here for a night was quite convenient, especially since we drove. Parking was a bit limited, but we arrived early, so it wasn't an issue. However, by the time we returned after dinner, the lot was almost full. The location is a bit out of the way, but it's nice and quiet. There are only a few small eateries nearby. The service was good, and the room was clean. The only minor inconvenience was that our room was located around a corner near the elevator, and the signs weren't clear, so we had to look for it a few times."
