I actually stayed there the end of January and then again a week later in Februrary. Room was good, great location--close to museums, restaurants and the Mississippi River. You can eat right on the premises. What really stood out was the friendly, patient staff. For various reasons during my first stay, I turned out the be THAT GUEST that just needed extra attention and help. And I got it, making my stay much more pleasant.

Friendly, helpful staff. I was most impressed with the fact that my vehicle was completely cleaned off when I arrived after 18 days of vacation. During that time there had been 11+ inches of snow plus some ice and sleet. I was expecting to do a lot of scraping before leaving the outdoor parking area. Also, the shuttle driver was very kind it lead us to the main highway so we could quickly be on our way home at 9pm. All round positive experience for my wife and me.
