Hotel check-in and check-out are very simple. The hotel heating room is very noisy. Although the breakfast is relatively monotonous, it is clean and hygienic.

Very unique first time dealing with a virtual associate, check-in and out went smoothly. However, I was not told that you would be holding $100 on my account for incidentals, and I was charged twice for a one night stay. My account was not credited for several days after my visit, Room was very clean. However, other than seeing the laundry staff, no one else was available. I specifically asked for a room with a bath, only to find out there was no plug for the tub. Tried to reach staff on the zero number that was provided, after five tries over a period of time I finally gave up. So having service staff available 24 ours is not the case. Only other comment is the outside appearance. There’s no signage on the building, and I drove right past it, looks rundown. However, I would stay there again.

Came here after the Baymont lost hot water. Great hotel. This is not the Days Inn of the past. We will return.

Convienent location. Stayed for 8 nights so could have mixed up the breakfasts with different options different days. Would have been easier / nice to have a front desk staff on site.

Check in was at a kiosk. Man was on the screen. I had a husband in the car needing a walker and wheelchair to get out and into hotel. I kept asking for help and a person to come to front desk. I was told housekeeping was coming. After a few minutes a man came and asked what i needed. I said i needed help with a wheelchair and he said he couldn't do that. A nice couple in the lobby heard and immediately said they were happy to help a woman did finally come to the front desk. Never had an experience with no one being at front desk for check in. Now i know why i have not stayed at a Days Inn in a long time and will not again.

This hotel uses virtual check-in obviously to cut costs ( not reflected in the price of the room) , but it ends up causing long waiting lines ( only one station) and in my case not giving me the room I requested . I had to go back and stand in line again for 30 mn to have it changed after a long explanation.
In addition don’t forget to put the DND sign on the door because housekeeping will knock on your door around 8-8:30 am whether you’re sleeping or not.
Breakfast was mediocre . The only good thing was the amazing and very attentive Jamaican lady in attendance . She deserves to work somewhere else.

This property should be removed from Travelocity, they are using bait and switch pricing tactics, saying the price they gave me was the price i was given by travelocity but it was 50 dollars more.

I stayed twice at this hotel. It is very impersonal. There is no staff on site and the front desk has been replaced with a computer kiosk where you talk to some distant agent.
There were safety concerns each time. The first time I stayed, there was one sheriff car at the front door. The second time I stayed, there were 3 sheriff cars at the door. With nobody working there, the doors are not secure or monitored - anyone just walks in.
The wifi doesn’t work the farther you get from the central area. I had corner rooms and the wifi only worked to some extent if I went to the front lobby,
The rooms all have a noisy dehumidifier located 5 feet from the bed.
