I dont know why people have left bad reviews. This place is awesome. It's an extremely place. Jennifer the late night was super friendly and helped us every night we was there. It was very quiet and safe. We will definitely stay here again and recommend people to try them out.

Staff was extremely friendly. Pillow were a joke. They were tiny. We ended up buying pillows. Stains on sheet.

Dirty rooms, stinkbugs in the room. When I told the Manager, she told me that they were aware of the problem. She said at least it wasn't any other kinds of BUGS! For $125.00 a night I would think No BUGS would be expected. Not happy at all.

Inside needs updates. In room coffee maker would be nice. TV remote didn't seem to work correctly, couldn't enter channels by number and info button didn't work.

Staff are great! S drunk man followed me to my room who tried helping me open my door. Identified thst “it was ok his wife worked there@ it was not ok. Had a jetted tub. When I got out mild poured from every jet!!! Had to shower snd pray I didn’t get sick. Room was very outdated, smelled bad, carpet was dirty and torn. Coffee pot didn’t work. Overall not a good experience. Told the front desk snd was told “ we have a new housekeeper it was probably her”. She did apologize but I feel like follow up should have been done.

My sister and I enjoyed our first night so much we stayed a second night. Thank you Tracy you went out for your way to accommodate us. Also thanks to Knowing Kimberley and Catherine. We will definitely stay again
