Big room for a family. The kids bed really good, can sleep 3. Service not bad. Only issue is lack of amenities. Whole family suite only provide 2 bath towels, no toiletries, no bath gel or shampoo. Anything you need must buy from their self service store. Not expensive but it is the 1st time I stay in a homestay without any of these.

Friendly staff, and the hotel itself is suitable for a short stay. For us, it was noticeable that people were smoking in the adjacent room, and the smell was everywhere.

Basic toiletries are not free, even for a towel there is a charge of RM2. No doubt the location was good, however, basic personal care wasn’t being offered which made me thought twice for future returning

I arrived at the front desk only to be told that the air conditioning in the room I originally booked was broken, and I needed to switch rooms. This was really poor. The hotel doesn't have an elevator, so if you have large luggage, think twice. Also, the room was tiny, and absolutely no toiletries were provided. Towels, toilet paper, and shower products all had to be paid for. For such an expensive price, to have nothing included is worse than a youth hostel. I absolutely do not recommend it!
