"The hotel located at the busy road area but the moment you enter the hotel it feels like you're entering the whole new world. The chill ambient, cozy and warm atmosphere occupied the whole parameters. Staff are superb especially the front desk - Kaushilliya. The room offers generous amount of amenities and you won't miss out the excitement. The cons i noticed is just that the gym were close. Kudos to the hotel management and surely will back here on the very next trip to Ipoh."

One of the highlights that surprised my wife and me was the complimentary supper provided by the hotel — something we had never encountered before, and it was a very thoughtful touch. The hotel is also conveniently connected to a nearby shopping mall via an interconnecting pathway, which made shopping extremely easy and enjoyable. This added a lot of convenience to our stay. Additionally, the staff were very accommodating, allowing us a late check-out at 1:00 PM and even offering to look after our bags after check-out. Overall, the service, facilities, and thoughtful gestures made our stay memorable. Highly recommended!"

"We booked this place to rest and ended up getting even more tired. The management should learn how to manage to check in and check out during festive season, large crowd. We arrived at lobby for check in at 450pm and received our key at 930pm. We received the room which is not even done the room service , we were even told by the counter staff to re use the pillow , blankets which used by previous guest. They give the reason no staff to do house keeping. The previous guest trash not even take out. Smelly. Instead of cleaning it we were given new trash bag to put out trash. What’s the point of having strategic place but useless management? If I were given option to refund the money i would refund. But what to do it’s non refundable. To the counter guy you definitely need a ⭐️ for your patience to handle crowd. 😌"

"The property is run under Tui Blue and operates like a hotel. Very clean so that is a plus for us. The living area is just nice and balcony offers good view of mountains and the housing estates of Ipoh Garden, Bercham. Breakfast was a no fuss affair and efficient. Walk around the property is surprisingly calming. Only problem I had was the hot water in the shower. The knob can be burning hot since it is not premixed. Free drinks in the fridge definitely a nice touch though."

I’m feel shocked and trying to looking for mechanic to replace my tyre. I’m feel surprise that staff from there is very friendly and helpful to do me a favor and replace it together with me.
