"We arrived at hotel early due to our first flight out. Though we are unable to check in, the front desk lady assured us that she already informed the cleaners to get it ready asap.  At breakfast table, we were greeted by a smiling waitress despite a busy schedule for her. At concierge, the staff is so helpful to take our belongings as we have a late departure timing.  Room is generally very clean daily."

"Comfortable and modern stay right in the heart of the city. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it ideal for both business and leisure trips. What truly stood out was the excellent service , especially from front desk staff Kai Jun, who was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the stay. His warm hospitality made the check-in experience smooth and welcoming. Overall, a pleasant stay with great service and a touch of genuine care."

"Improvement needed: The main entrance location is not convenient for elderly guests or people with accessibility challenges. A big no for the parking system, which operates strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. I spoke with the receptionist — a young Indian gentleman — and explained that my mother uses a wheelchair. I asked if he could help reserve a basement parking spot for easier access. He refused and made no effort to find an alternative solution or show any empathy. His attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, which reflects very poor customer service. Since this is part of the hospitality industry, front desk staff should be well trained in customer service and communication. Unfortunately, he seemed untrained and unaware of how to handle guests with special needs. The good/positive thing: 1. The hotel lobby and several floors have been renovated. A water dispenser is available, and there’s a 7-Eleven store conveniently located on the ground floor. 2. The driver and security guards provided outstanding service. When they noticed my mother struggling to get into the shuttle van, they showed genuine care and empathy. They immediately coordinated to reserve a basement parking spot for us. The arrangement was ad hoc but handled quickly and thoughtfully. Their warm-hearted support truly touched my family and me. The hotel owner is lucky to have such kind and compassionate staff members — they made a lasting positive impression despite the earlier unpleasant experience."

"Good location, 10 min to attractions in the old town for example concubine line. Beds were very comfy and the room clean, the breakfast was very good! Different fruits and vegetable, local and western dishes. The room was little bit small and the water in the shower could be hoter. But in general a very good value for the money, we liked it!"

"The hotel is a bit old and the only advantage is it has a nice cafe near the lobby . The service of offering the umbrella during the rainy days is good. However, it can be a bit noisy when there are vehicles horning at night as the hotel is not near the touristy areas and it is quiet at night. Not too ex but not cheap either given the quality of the mattress and availability of the channels"

"The location is easy to find, and the security feels solid with plenty of steps to enter 😹. The room is very clean and spacious, and I love that they provide one towel per person along with soap and shampoo. The common area is also clean and cozy, we even watched a movie there and really enjoyed it! The WiFi is super fast too. Overall, this place is highly recommended for friends or families to stay! :D"

"I stayed at this hotel which located in the city centre, which was very convenient for getting around. The room size was comfortable, perfect for 1-2 persons, ensuring a cosy and restful stay. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with the highlight being the cucur bawang, which was exceptionally tasty. Definitely a great place to consider for a pleasant stay!"
