It is long weekend and hotel is quite fully booked. Hence, we have to park our car nearby and not at the hotel. Surprisingly, the amenities at this hotel has improved. Unlike our previous stay, they now provide toothbrush and even the shower gel and hair shampoo quality has also improved.

The hotel has a beautiful view, surrounded by mountains and a river flowing in front. It has hot water, a power shower, a clean room, and a bathroom. Seven Eleven is on the ground floor. the hotel location is near to Concubine Lane and my favorite restaurant, Lou Wong.

Pros •walking distance to tourist spot •friendly staff •Clean room •good breakfast, however few selections Cons •toothbrush upon request •unable to use coffee machine although it's there. If you want the other coffee, i.e., latte, etc. U need to order & there will be 20% discount on the order • didn't have fresh milk or orange juice for breakfast

The location is great and near concubine lane. The reception lobby is cosy and good to chill

Staff are friendly. Very.cormfortable lobby at 12th floor. Great to have water dispenser at the.floorm. Check.out.was fast.and.easy. It will.be.good.if there is face towel. Very basic amenties. Convenient to have.a.7-11 at ground floor.

Everything is fine, but there is no fridge provided in the room. It would be better if at least the management could put a mini fridge in the room. Overall it's a great place for a short getaway.Nearby attractions

This hotel deserve a 10/10 rates!! Newly renovated with modern contemporary concept. I really love the concept which bring peace, minimalist vibe and the best part is, their cafe area at level 12, which you can enjoy the Ipoh City view clearly. Definitely will repeat!

Nice hotel and facilities, has a nice restaurant on the top floor with a very great view. Nice hotel and located at a great spot. However when it comes to parking it is quite hard, not suitable if travelling with big car or many cars. Other than that this hotel is perrfect!!!

Best experience with this hotel!! The room for 4 guests is big and clean, the staff also friendly and greet when they met you. The security personnel in the basement carpark is excellent!! Wi-Fi pun laju je Overall everything’s great except limited parking space

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Room was spacious and very clean. Customer service was fantastic and the staffs were very attentive. Location was great and walking distance to many attractions such as concubine lane, Kong Heng square and eateries. Parking was a little bit of hassle due to limited space but we managed.

Affordable Stay Near Ipoh Old Street. This hotel’s location is excellent, a short walk (8mins) to eateries, museums etc. Except for the parking. The basement parking is too small.

Strategic location to the nearest tourist spot like concubine lane and padang ipoh. The room were newly renovated. But got no fridge. Friendly staff. Parking space were quite small. Overall nice stay

Room and everything was so fantastic .Will come back again if visit ipoh again
