First we got a room with no lightbulb in the toilet and broken door lock. After providing feedback to the receptionist, they offered an upgrade of room. However, the room is having another issue of air conditioning problem and water heater. The water is hot and suddenly become cold or vice versa. We have feedback to the hotel on all issues above which they’re aware but still it exists. Hope they can fix all that for better stay of others. It gave us a real bad experience of staying in Ipoh.
