Receptionist - very friendly. Check-in and check-out were very smooth. Parking - a bit limited, but available, just a bit far. Breakfast - a variety of menus. Delicious. Reasonably priced. Room - exterior. Got a room with a nice view as requested. However, the bathroom had a musty smell. Internet - needs an upgrade because it's slow and couldn't access Netflix. But overall, excellent... would repeat.

Great price for a very great stay. Room is huge and staff are very welcoming just like at Impiana KL. Breakfast selection is decent and affordable. Late checkout until 6 with reasonable charge and theres a coffee machine for breakfast.

Stayed here again after my previous visit in 2024. There have been some improvements since then, especially the swimming pool, which has been upgraded and looks nice. However, the cleanliness of the pool water still needs improvement. From the surface it looks clean and blue, but underneath, the water and pool area look quite dirty. The room was good overall, but the pillow was quite hard for my liking. The air-conditioning is centralized, and the room was still quite warm even when I set it to high. The café is currently closed for renovation and has been moved/replaced with a temporary café on the 1st floor. Hopefully, the renovation will bring further improvements, and I’m looking forward to seeing the completed changes on my next visit. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there are still a few areas that could be improved, especially the pool cleanliness and air-conditioning.

One of the best value for money hotel and comfortable stayed in Ipoh city. Especially the spacious family room with nice scenery as well. Definitely will come back soon again.

The hotel was good and the breakfast was decent as well. We stayed at level 8, which we were told is one of the newly renovated floors, along with Level 7. However, the room service team did not respond to our request. We left a note on the table requesting room slippers before heading to work in the morning, but the request was not attended to. Nevertheless, the hotel receptionist was very responsive and promptly arranged for the room slippers to be delivered after we contacted them.
