Check in took an hour and still got charged for early check in and the house keeping took my Uber eats 10mins after it was delivered just a little uncomfortableness for me after using so many times. It is a good clean renovated hotel though!

We just stay 2 nights but very nice experience. Love the simple and clean room. Great location near Newport beach and University of California, Irvine.

She is super nice. Knowing that we are here for the Spring Festival, she specially helped us upgrade the room on the top floor facing the swimming pool! 🌴✨Every day when I open my eyes, I see the invincible swimming pool view. When the sun shines in, it is so beautiful like a dream. Every shot on the balcony is a blockbuster! I also want to recommend the Regency Club Executive Lounge! 🍽️ The breakfast and dinner buffet environment is super elegant, and the scenery outside the floor-to-ceiling windows makes people feel comfortable~ The key point is that the dishes change every day, and you will never get tired of it! The breakfast is exquisite and rich, and the dinner is full of ritual. There are surprises every time I go, which really makes people feel the hotel's care! 💖 ～🎁❤️ This time I was really touched by the meticulous arrangements made by Manager Makala. Thank you again. The room is OK overall. The only downside is that the housekeepers have to come to clean the room. I specifically told the front desk that they didn't need to clean, but they still came in. They came in twice when I was asleep. The experience was not good. Other places are good.

The moment I stepped into the hotel, it was not luxurious but warm, and I felt like I was home. The room was clean and spacious, the view on the 9th floor was super nice, it was very convenient to get to everywhere from the hotel, the service staff was warm and polite, and the security measures were in place. I will still book here next time

This is the hotel I am most satisfied with during this trip to the western United States. It is as new as domestic hotels and has a layout similar to domestic five-star hotels. The rooms are relatively large and there are hot and cold water machines on each floor. If you book early, the price is not expensive. It is a very cost-effective hotel and is worth recommending.

The hotel is very convenient and safe. Next to the JP Morgan building, it is very close to Irvine shopping and dining places including Irvine Airport (basically no more than 20 minutes by car). If you want to walk around, there is nothing to do nearby. The rooms are very clean. If you want to clean the room, you need to ask for it and you may have to tip (I stayed for 4 days without cleaning 😂) The attitude of the front desk and Valet is very good👍 Valet parking is $45 a day Overall, it is recommended! It would be perfect if the price could be lower!
