Great location. About two minutes walk to the port for island ferries. Most of the main shops and restaurants are also within a short walking distance. All rooms overlook the sea and have a terrace or balcony. The view is wonderful on a sunny day. Bedroom not huge but the balcony makes up for that. All the usual features are available including AC, kettle and hairdryer. Some areas seem slightly dated but it was excellent value at the time we booked (off season/ COVID) Reception is on the ground floor but the lift is external so you can come and go without passing reception. Possibly because of COVID, only a minimum cleaning service at the time we visited. Instead, we got two vouchers each day to collect a drink from reception. Enjoyed the beers more than a cleaning service! Staff at reception were very pleasant and helpful. There are also a few bikes which guests can borrow. Location is the clincher here but overall a really good stay.

We arrived by car too late to get a car park at the hotel so we had to park about 100ms away down a side street. The room was fine. It had a good view and was very clean The breakfast was delicious and served in a nice room with a garden view. It was busy but the staff were excellent and the tables were turned over promptly. We loved the” save the planet” initiative and in fact were able to buy two tiny pieces of pottery with our coupons just for not having everything washed and changed. The pottery was from the excellent gift shop in the lobby which was actually the best I saw on my trip to Japan. There was also a small grocery shop in the lobby. It was a shortish walk to the ferry and main drag. There were eating options available across the road. We would recommend the dumpling place. They had take away coffee and doughnuts if you wished for breakfast. We would stay here again.
Located near the mouth of the Shinkawa River, this hotel offers some of the best sunset views from Ishigaki Island. All rooms have ocean views. Enjoy the sea breeze, and take in the views of Taketomi and Iriomote islands.

The room with a relaxing clean and liberation was very relaxing. Breakfast is buffet style and has many menu. The bath was also spacious and the check-out was slow at 11 o'clock, so I could feel more value than the price. Also, I didn't use it because the check-in time was late, but I thought that there was a large bath and I would like to use it next time. The distance from the remote island terminal is about 2 km. It was about 20 minutes to try on foot. There are Family Mart and Max Value nearby, so I think people who are not scheduled to go to downtown can be satisfied in the neighborhood. The receptionist was kind and cozy hotel.

A good, clean and nice hotel.

Thank you for your new year trip. I completely forgot to arrange a car rental, and it was expensive, so eventually I went to Ishigaki Island without a car rental. Take the bus from the airport and get off at maeiri Higashi, and it is a hotel in front of you. It is the next bus stop of interconchi. It was very helpful because it was free of charge for rental cycle 4 hours at the hotel. I was grateful to have been borrowed the day I checked out. I cycled to Fusaki Beach (laughs) The room was refreshing and spacious. It is clean because it is shallow. Breakfast is free. it was quite good though the number of items was small. Pancakes and jam were delicious (∀`*) You can walk to Maesato Beach, but it's not very clean, and I was a little disappointed. There was a restaurant in walking distance 々, but it's open on New Year's Day. Is it or not? ( ̄▽ ̄;) The cost performance was very good. Thank you.

All aspects are very good, the room is clean, there is a washing machine and dryer in it, which is really convenient, and there is a terrace.
It is more inconvenient for me personally to store my luggage before the check-in time, and the password lock of the room cannot be used smoothly.

I was staying at this hotel on a solo trip.
It's a wonderful location where you can see the ocean over the stairs leading down when you enter the building.
In the lobby, we were given a welcome drink and coffee in the morning.
All the facilities were clean, including the large public bath.
My room was a twin, but it would be even better if they prepared a room for solo travelers.
The safe seemed old, and even though I knew how to use it properly, it kept not opening.
The room was large, so the layout of the closet, tea maker, and refrigerator meant that you couldn't use it without changing your slippers, which I found inconvenient.
There are few places I would consider going back to, but I think this is a valuable hotel with good cost performance that makes me want to go back.
There were many friendly staff members who were very helpful.

A few years ago, I stayed at the ANA Continental Club Building, and it was a dream stay in every respect.
This time, I was traveling alone, so I saved a little and stayed in the Ocean Wing.
Since the price is different, it's inevitable that the rooms are slightly different, but is it really okay for the staff skills to be so different?
It's the same ANA Continental Hotel, right?
The staff at check-in was the worst.
Anyway, they always spoke half-heartedly and were not very clear.
They didn't repeat what I said. As a result, they didn't even make the reservation I asked them to make.
I would like to think that the other staff have more skills, but I was shocked because I was excited and had high hopes.
I also work in the service industry.
Let's put ourselves in each other's shoes and hone our skills even more.

The north is the construction site and the road, very noisy, must choose the room to the south by the sea. The service staff is very friendly and has bicycle rental, but you must rent it early or you will have the children's bike left. Riding the children's bike around the island for sightseeing. The challenge is great 😂

An extraordinary experience on a tropical island. I recommend this hotel for traveling with child. I stayed here for a couple of nights in August with my first grader. It takes 30 minutes from the airport by hotel bus. We stayed on the 3rd floor of the South Wing. The entire building is on the lower floors, so you feel as if you are living in a tropical village, full of extraordinary atmosphere. I got the impression that there were many guests with children. The rooms are spacious and new. The view of the ocean outside the wiindow is very nice. The bathrooms are clean. There are two washing machines on each floor, and laundry hangers are always available in the room, which is also very convenient. Amenities are simple but well stocked. The children's toothpaste was too bitter for my child. The pool is well stocked, including a pool for kids, and the kids seem to be having a lot of fun. There are several lifeguards on duty, which gives a sense of security. The beach in front of the hotel is amazing. It is deep enough for adults to almost reach their feet, but the water is clear and the small corals? It is clear, and the small corals are teeming with fish, so snorkeling is a lot of fun. Naturally, there is a lifeguard on duty, so it is safe. However, there are many coral fragments on the bottom and in the surf, so it is better to rent or bring marine shoes. After the pool and ocean, there is a large public bath. It is not that crowded. You can wash your body well in the solty. Breakfast is a buffet breakfast at Ryukyu Shintenchi on the first day and at ISHIGAKI BOLD KITCHEN on the second day. It is usually delicious, and the kids are satisfied with the fruits and desserts. For dinner, we reserved an izakaya in town for the first day and took a cab (about 1400 yen), but it was hard to get a reservation at an izakaya in Ishigaki Island during the high season after Corona. Cabs were also crowded, and it was hard to catch a cab, probably because it was far from the town. I was worried if I could really go back home, but somehow it turned out to be OK. We had a buffet dinner at ISHIGAKI BOLD KITCHEN in the hotel on the second day, and it was delicious. There was also an all-you-can-drink menu. Even if you stay for consecutive nights, you may not get bored with only the restaurants in the hotel. The South Wing is a distance away, so a cart is convenient to get you from your room to the front desk and restaurants. You may have to wait about 10 minutes for the cart to come, so it is better to allow plenty of time for the cart ride. The hotel staff is also very responsive. I am ashamed to say that I was careless and left without my card key and was unable to get into my room, but I called the front desk and they brought it right back to me. I called the front desk and they brought it to me right away. They responded with a smile even though it was a busy time of day. I really appreciated it. There are plenty of activities such as snorkel tours, starlight

Outstanding
GGuest UserMesmerizing hotel! As soon as we stepped inside, we immediately felt so relaxed. Everything in this hotel contributes to giving it a very peaceful and quiet atmosphere, from the super friendly and accommodating staff to the slow-paced breakfast and the sea view from the bedroom.
This is a new hotel and the equipment is very modern and elegant (bathroom, toilet, walls) and the bedding is extremely comfortable, including super pajamas!
The breakfast is served at 7:30am or 8:30am with Japanese and Western options available. They also offer dinner options with a few hours' notice.
There is a bus stop nearby but it's definitely better to have a car as it seemed difficult to walk around and find beaches/restaurants, though that also makes the place very quiet and relaxing.
Excellent value for money, we browsed a lot of options and this might be the best one if you do not want to go for a resort-style hotel.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very kind. From the forest-like place behind the hotel, I was told a shortcut to the sea. It was vacant after Golden Week. There are several buildings, and each room is a type in it. There are no shops in the immediate vicinity, and it takes about 20 to 30 minutes by car to the nearest convenience store. There are canned foods, retort pouch curry, retort pouch rice and simple snacks in the dining space, and you can purchase them for 150 yen each. They also have all kinds of seasonings, which is convenient. Prices are very reasonable. It is a hotel that I would like to stay again.
KKhanRuhulWe received a warm welcome from the hotel upon arrival. The room was clean and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable space for us to unwind. The staff exhibited exemplary politeness throughout our stay, ensuring a pleasant experience. Additionally, the convenience of having the Ohama bus stop in close proximity to the hotel further enhanced our overall satisfaction. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this hotel in Ishigaki and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
TTorstiIt is simply an amazing place to stay. The hotel is small which is what we like. The rooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I am not sure about their English as me and my wife speak Japanese but there was 1 staff that looked Nepali. The room was immaculately cleaned every day. Beautiful empty white sand beach right out the front. Not the best for snorkeling as it’s mostly sand bottom but great to swim and watch the night sky. We had a car which is necessary as it’s 25 minutes drive from the city and we wanted to explore the island anyway. Small but beautiful spa with ocean view on the top floor. Me and my wife will definitely stay in this hotel again.
GGuest UserThere is sashimi for breakfast. The restaurant is small, but it has everything it needs. Charging is very convenient. There is a USB port for charging. It is not far from the center of Ishigaki Island and can be reached on foot. Across the road is the museum of Ishigaki Island, where you can see the local piers leaving the city and going to the islands. There are also buses when going out.
GGuest UserThe resort hotel in the Bon Festival season is a surprising price, so I took care of Mr. Hare House for a very conscientious price 3 night. Ishigaki Island is not a big island, so if you have a rental car, you won't feel the inconvenience of the location. I went sightseeing on a remote island from Ishigaki Port every day. It's about 35 minutes by car to the port. The room is clean and the floor is tiles and comfortable. Because the surroundings are natural, there is no way to get some insects. There are many lunch shops around, but there are very few restaurants open for dinner, so it is recommended to make a reservation or eat in the city before returning.
GGuest UserThe location is in the city center, the design is very strong, there is an atrium office area on the first floor and the second floor, the facilities are also very complete, the kitchen and laundry facilities are complete. The front desk staff was warm and friendly, but the fly in the ointment was that there was no toilet in the twin room, there was no slippers in the room, the bedding was not very good, the mattress was too soft, the curtains were not shaded, and it felt uncomfortable when sleeping. People who pay more attention to the quality of sleep may be a bit uncomfortable, which needs attention. Overall, it is more suitable for young people who travel and come out to settle down.
RRIEIt is suitable for both short and long stays. The location is a bit far from the city, but it is just on the side of the ANA Continental Ishigaki (walk 3 minutes), so the bus from the airport is convenient and the bus to the city is convenient. Also, I saw the fireworks at night in the ANA Intercontinental, and enjoyed the new year's day and the new year's day fireworks!
The basic amenities were firm and the bed was very good! The bathtub in the bath was also large and it was good to put the foot on it!
I booked early and stayed across the end of the year and the beginning of the year, but I was able to stay at a break that did not exceed 18000 yen for 3 nights!
I bought a 5 day Michikusa Free Pass (2000 yen) because the car rental decreased sharply in the corona and it was difficult to book! (1 days and 1000 yen) Because it exceeds 500 yen only by airport round trip, it was possible to go to Kawahira Bay via the city, and it is a fairly good ticket! In the present age when you can search for bus time with a map app, there was no inconvenience to sightseeing.
The bus stop, which is not an ANA continental stone wall, is in front of Tokushukai Hospital (less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel). It was also an airport line, so it was convenient to go to the airport & to the city!
IinstackunI stayed for 2 nights because it was the cheapest hotel in the same rank. A business hotel representing Japan that is seen everywhere in Japan. Quality of security and stability. The hotel in downtown Shimauchi has most cases of parking fees, but this was free. The location is good and the accommodation fee is reasonable throughout the year. Free breakfast was a lunch box form as an infection countermeasure. I was glad to have a room with OK and eat slowly without worrying about the eyes. The base in Ishigaki regardless of leisure business is Toyoko inn. If you only improve 1 points, it was an ordinary room key, not a card key. If the inland Toyoko is a card key, the card key will be introduced in this hotel. We expect early introduction from the viewpoint of hygiene and convenience.
GGuest UserThe room is large, there is a microwave oven and sink, but there is no stove. I was surprised to smoke in the room. The bath has no bathtub and only shower. The rooftop jacuzzi has no roof, so rain water is poured after rain, and this time it can only be used as a bath during the failure, and it is rainy because the weather is unstable and the rain water is poured, and it is not used . Unfortunately. There was a balcony and it was convenient for drying, and the outdoor machine of the air conditioner was placed on the floor, so it was easy to use waste heat and was convenient to dry diving equipment. The shower room was also highly dry and helped by drying equipment. I was glad to receive a quo card 500 yen for a few minutes when I canceled the room cleaning and bed makeup with eco cooperation. I don't have to clean the room before I go out. The front desk was good or bad, but it was good personally. If you are looking for a first time in Okinawa or a hospitality service, you may be confused. I used it in diving, so I was happy with the size of the room, the balcony and the modest fee. I can't use the jacuzzi, so I'm a rating of 1 points lower, but I think there are many places suitable for diving trips.
