The Hotel is Majestic, the traditional ambience and the design was very welcoming. Our room was clean and comfy with complimentary drinks like soft drinks. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of local dishes. Overall, we were glad to have booked Serena Hotel for our first time in Islamabad.

The location of the hotel is very good, very clean and the environment is very good, next to the golf course, the environment is excellent. The breakfast is very rich and the service is good. Very safe and secure service is in place. There is hotel shuttle service. It feels worth it anyway.

Similar to domestic apartments, business suites are about 80 square meters, with 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, master bathroom and public bathroom (no shower). The rooftop buffet is to die for. Steak, barbecue, scrumptious deserts and excellent curry and salad choices. The housekeeping staff is exceptional helpful and attentive. The executive lounge has free high tea for executive suites which has sandwiches and fruit chaat that are delicious and cardamom tea and lattes served for free all day.

The hotel service is very good and the price is very good. When I stayed at the hotel, it happened to be my birthday. The hotel specially prepared a birthday cake. If I hadn’t seen the surprise given by the hotel, I would have forgotten that it was my birthday. I was very touched, especially for us who have been traveling abroad for a long time.
