The hotel looked classy and neat in the pictures however everything was just surface. It was really dirty, the sheets were stained, the bathroom and toilet was dirty. AC was not working and there were no blanket for a cold night.

I booked a hotel with them and my flight been cancelled for a reason and I tried to cancel my booking or change the booking for another days they refused and I didn’t get any money back Not nice from them

In one word, it's terrible. I've stayed in many hotels in Istanbul. I've never received such bad service. It was very bad in terms of hygiene. The sheets were stained. I asked for them to be changed. When we checked in, the reception was in a state of complete disrepair and renovation. We jumped over the rubble and came to the elevator. We had to constantly hear construction noise. This situation was not informed to me before we arrived. The staff said they would provide service to you in a larger room as an excuse for the renovation, but later they canceled it. We spent two hours waiting for news about the sound insulation of the rooms. It was terrible, I was literally chatting with the person in the next room, there was no air conditioning control, the room was much smaller than it looks in the photo, the bathroom door did not close, the curtain of the shower cabin was very thin, someone looking from the opposite building could clearly see it, it was attractive to have a central location, but constantly going up and down the road made it tiring, I recommend even passing in front of the door. Location: Very high up the mountain, but quiet and close to the center. The rooms have not been renovated for a very long time. There is mold in the bathrooms. There was no cleaning, I stayed there for a week and never got away. The staff is ready to help with everything and this is the only plus.

I have to give it to the staff. They were genuinely trying their best to make a bad situation better, but were ill-equipped to do so. First room was tiny. No problem. Heat did not work. Smelled of smoke. Blanket was stained. Changed to Rm #2. Heat still did not work. Smoke smell was unbearable. Couple across from the hall was chain smoking. I thought this was a non-smoking hotel. Rm#3 was no better sadly. Changed in the middle of night to Rm#4 which was far away from smokers. No toilet paper. No room cleaning in the 3 days I was there. Stairs were blocked by hotel supplies. Fridge did not work and was leaking water all over the room. Oh, and Rm#4's curtain rod was broken. Again, nice staff who were trying to help, but there is only so much one can do when the infrastructure is lacking. Location is a good 15 min walk (uphill) from Besiktas square.

This place was gross. They did not clean the bathroom well. The toilet seat had hair on it and the toilet still had used toilet paper inside. It seemed like the showers had not been scrubbed either and the pipes were not clear when I showered. The utensils were still dirty also and I found that the tables etc were not wiped down. The only good thing was that the dtaff was very nice and helped me.
