Je suis handicapé pour monter a l hôtel 25 marche pied il faut monter de plus il ya étage avec soit disant un ascenseur la police il ya vingt personnes policiers il m ont fouiller en arrivant a l étage 15 marches il faut monter la chambre la surprise 2 mètre carré il ya deux lits cassée la douche ce horrible ce horrible j ai passé la nuit accroupi sur un lit cassé a 4 heures du matin il que je parte cet hôtel ce honte tu es honte je suis essoufflée j ai 74 ans tu es une honte pour la Turquie ce une honte voilà tout merci

I was simply rejected the room, they said no room, and it was very late, they didn’t even notify me in advance, i had to walk around at night three hours with my luggages and very tired!!!

So dirty and totally unutterable by humans. It could be a place for animals stay. I strongly suggest stop marketing such place to the tourists otherwise you will lose trust in your service
