Temiz sınıfına göre başarılı bir yerdi. Personeli güler yüzlü otel temizdi banyo ve yataklar güzel tek sıkıntısı asansörler bana biraz bakımsız geldi. Onun dışında bir sıkıntı yoktu

I was supposed to stay in a 2 single beds room as I was travelling with my colleague, but unfortunately we were provided with a very small room with a double bed. I didn't like my stay there. not recommended at all, the staff is not cooperative.

Overall not a bad hotel, but rather narrow, modest buffet. But the service is lame, when they asked to settle in a room with 2 beds, they said that I chose another one. Although the rooms were available they were asked for an extra charge of 50 euros per night....

The toilet and bathroom are simply terrible. My 27-year-old son and I requested a 2-bed room and we were given a ONE-BED room, which was made from the roof. Moreover, the lady at the reception, who had no manners and lacked communication skills, made the mistake of saying, "What if you put a pillow between you and sleep on a single bed?" Breakfast is just as painful. We had a hard time in the morning and settled in a different hotel. Yan is a place that must be closed during the first inspection by the Ministry of Tourism or the Provincial Health Directorate. You earn so much money, you go to the trouble and spend 3-5 cents for painting, whitewashing, cleaning, shower cabin and toilet. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

On the hill, there are many shops and restaurants downstairs, which is very convenient. The facilities are a bit outdated.

The breakfast was nice and varied. The shower had mold and unfortunately the air conditioning was very noisy. Otherwise, the beds are super comfortable and the beds and bath towels are clean. The staff was friendly and immediately fulfilled our request. I found it a pity that we didn't have a parking space.

The reception staff at the hotel’s counter on the 1st floor are quite unprofessional, and they don’t know how to communicate with foreigners in basic international English. The room layout space is very large, but the surrounding environment is convenient for shopping, and the room soundproofing is very poor! It’s quite noisy at night and it’s hard to sleep. The internet service is intermittently unstable and there is no internet until the end of the night. I also ignored the reaction of the hotel staff. It is even more exaggerated that the door cannot be opened even after the room card is given. Asking the staff to open the door on the first floor, it feels a bit like being in a prison. The toilet was leaking continuously under the ground and was not repaired, and the water sprayed in a mess when taking a shower. I have reported several times to the owner of the hotel, but instead of accepting the customer’s response, I canceled it. I have also had a very bad attitude about the order five days in advance! I was rushed to find another hotel for replacement. The breakfast served here is also the worst hotel in Istanbul, Turkey. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever lived in a country in the world in my life! Terrible Service . Staff knows only turkish . Staff are afghans , Iranian and other. Terrible rooms , everything overused and outdated. Shower tub leaking and wash basin too. You need to buy a pass-pass or s floor mop when you check in . Cleanliness zero Dirty towels with stains and holes. Bed Linen with holes snd yellow stains ! Breakfast poor , the cheapest variety they can offer. Beyaz peynir ( the same salty white cheese over 4 serving plates) , limited choice and the same food everyday. I asked the waiter if he fixed the leaking eater problem in my room, and he replied to me in Turkish. He made fun of me in front of other guests. I could not take the insult. The manager , that looks like a guest rather than a manager , no dress code , instead of investigating the incident , had a very bad attitude, and asked who are you ??? & kicked me out of the hotel in front of all the other guests and asked me to pack my bags and leave. Advice : This property is not safe to stay at; No safety deposit boxes , and the balcony doors do not close and are easily accessible from the neihbouring rooms. Do not stay unless you do not have any other option.

The location is good. 1 min to bus station and 10 min to metro station!your destination to metro station is full of stores & turkish restaurants. You can get to cevahir shopping mall in 10 mins. Staff were really polite especially Obeydollah was really helpful and kind.They know turkish & English & persian. We had booked a triple bed room but the gave us a family room with 4 beds. The room was big enough and clean. The breakfast wasn’t bad. I was looking for a hotel which isn’t near to school or club and quiet . If you want to have an experience of a trip in a native place I highly recommend here

First impressions were not great the reception communicated with me via Google translate. The room given was a small tight room , barely any room to walk or pray in. There was a fridge with water cartons. I wasn't expecting a bath as it did mention bath and shower also a terrace which the room didn't have nor any toiletries. Bed covers were not clean and had dried sauce on it. The thing I did enjoy was it was close to shops and also the WiFi had one password for 3 different wife names . Overall out of 5 I'd give it a 2
