Nice location and good breakfast, thanks

This hotel Is in great location, serves impressive breakfast.Rooms are not big enough.

At the time of my stay, the sauna did not work ... the breakfasts were weak and on the last day when my boyfriend arrived they didn’t let him in and I packed my things at night and left for another hotel. I will not stay in this hotel again in the future

It's economical and cost-effective. There are many types of breakfast. The waiter helps with luggage and introduces room facilities. The service is very good, and there are special food and local specialties on the street, and there is also a T1 bus. The traffic is very convenient. Very close to Hagia Sophia

I don't recommend staying in this hotel. The attitude of the front desk is bad. It is obvious that the room cleaning staff forgot to put water in my room. I contacted the front desk to ask for water, but I was told that free bottled water was only provided on the day of check-in, and the water in the next few days was all Charged, are you kidding me? I have stayed in so many hotels, big and small, and none of the hotels only provide bottled water on the day of check-in. Is it easy to bully me if I come alone? Don't bully the Chinese too obviously, the Chinese will come to see who you do business with.

Loud, very loud, otherwise great

Schone hotel, en ligging is perfect! De medewerkers waren ook heel vriendelijk.

They give me the room 501 the door lock was broken couldnt close my door it was a undetectable noise on corridor which i couldnt sleep all night and was still noise when i leave in the morning. İ called in the night but They lied saying they would fix it. Was a horrible experience for me i would never recommend anyone.

Best accomodations, near the Hagia Sofia and blue mosque . The hotel has good service with breakfast included swimming pool , Turkish bath and massage but it's not included , yet very good service also. The cozy restaurant in the hotel serves good meals,drinks and sisha ! The crew of of reception and the cozy hotel are really amazing, helpfull and very nice. The best crew I ever seen. Highly recommend.

Our staying at Palde was fantastic! The hotel matched the expectations, room is good for the price, cleaning is proper and was possible to have a good rest. Then to highlight the reception and restaurant team, exceptional people, evenings at the bar were always fun, cozy and full of joy!!! :)

I don’t know how hotel have a four stars. Breakfast is till 10:30, but if you came at 9:40 everything is empty, choice of food is poor. They gave us a smaller room than we paid, also in this room smells something from toilet, we insist for another room, first tell us , they doesn’t have another room, but at the end they give us. Hotel doesn’t have a loby for our guests, even one chair to seat when wait check in or check out. We definitely not recommended this hotel.

This hotel Location is very good. Hotel is clean staff was okay but swimming pool and spa is not free. They will charge you extra $50 for one hour if you want swimming pool or spa on weekends tram run full night it’s never let me sleep and its too noisy weekend night

Great location but worst service I have ever seen. Small rooms, you hear your neighbors talking, broken windows,… Breakfast till 10:30. We came at 10:00 and there was only bread, some cheese and tomatoes. We asked for salami or eggs and got told that they are out of salami and eggs. It is important to mention that the hotel got his own restaurant outside. They open up at lunchtime. But they have nothing for breakfast since breakfast is included. Wifi doesn’t work either!! We went to the reception to complain and the guy behind the counter was sleeping. It used to be different. But now it is nothing I can recommend.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I don't know how hotels are categorized, but this is barely a 2-star hotel. We booked an outdoor view room, but they gave us a room with a view of the stairs and an improvised room where they prepare hookah. We asked for another room, they told us that the hotel was full. When I tried to book a new room it showed that it was available. After that they gave us a room with a view. When we transferred our things, they said that they still couldn't give us that room because they were saving it for another guest. They said to go back to the room they gave us first. I called the tourist police, who were commendable. After the call they immediately said ok stay in that room. The next morning they called us on the phone in the room at 7 am to tell us to turn off the music, we were sleeping and there was no music. The rooms do not have any soundproofing, you can hear the conversation in the room next to you. Breakfast is until half past 11, but already at 10 am there is no choice and they won't refill it. Only the maid makes an effort and she is to be commended. The towels are old and they look like they have been used. The location is close to the tram and tourist attractions, but there is a lot of noise.
