Best boutique hotel to stay in around the Sultanahmet area. Rooms were very clean, the staff were excellent, and their service was superb. Enjoyed the breakfast as it was something different and nice compared to other hotels I have stayed in the past. From a scale of 1-10, I would rate them 20 as I would recommend everyone out there to stay here.

Идеальное место для отдыха. Очень большие и чистые номера. Везде порядок, запах в лобби и лестнице просто чума!!! Вежливый персонал, уборка каждый день. Кровать супер удобная, душ огонь, мебель вся хорошая. Однозначно рекомендую. Вид из окна космос.

地理位置很好，在老城區的景點都是靠步行，酒店類似於民宿，不大，環境挺温馨的，看起來挺乾淨，老闆人也很好，很熱心幫我們拿行李。早餐非常豐盛，很有特色。但是感覺價格有一點點高，其他都不錯。

Всем привет! Отдыхали в этом отеле в феврале 2022 года. Отель обалденный! Находится под стенами Айя софии, все основные достопримечательности в шаговой доступности, как и набережная. Чистота отеля, обслуживание, очень приветливый персонал-все на высоте! А завтраки-отдельный вид искусства. Отель маленький-всего 9 номеров. В номере тапочки, фен, кондиционер, холодильник и одноразовый набор для душа. Всем от души рекомендую. Мы ещё вернёмся.

One of the best hotels I have been on. Delicious breakfast, very attentive staff and nice room. In case you're a light sleeper, I would suggest to go for a room on the backside and not one facing the street as the street can be very active in the night.

This is absolute gem of a hotel. It is within few min of walk to blue mosque and Ayasofia. The rooms are renovated, super quiet and clean, come with mini fridge and coffee / tea maker. Beds are super comfortable. The breakfast is simply out of the world. The staff was super helpful. We got 2 rooms for a family of 5. Highly recommended and will come back again.

Royan Suites is in a great location in Sultanahmet. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and a few minutes walk to Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and served welcome coffee on arrival. Also, one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had. Would definitely stay here again if back in Istanbul.
