It's in a small alley, it's hard to find, and you can't get a taxi when you go out. The room is small. The elevator can't reach the floor, and you always have to run up and down with your luggage. The hygienic environment is too poor, and there are obvious traces of dirt on the sheets. I booked a room for 2 days. I proposed to stay for only one night that night and left the hotel early. Ctrip contacted me. The next morning, the hotel replied that I would not refund any money. Their supervisor looked at the stains on the bed sheets of the room, but still If I don’t give a penny back, I have to lose more than 500 yuan and leave this hotel. Although it is far from the main tourist spots, I think it is a relatively cheap accommodation in Istanbul city. The roads are narrow and it is quite difficult to drag a carry case along. The staff were all kind and nice. The breakfast taste was not good, but the view was beautiful.

This hotel was perfect for a weeks stay exploring the wonderful city of Istanbul. It’s not the most flashy, and the room was quite small, but fit in with our budget, the staff were very friendly and they did a good breakfast.
Very close to a Metro but also walking distance to all the main attractions. I would definitely stay here again if I was visiting Istanbul!
Only thing I would say is that the room was very warm during the night and we couldn’t get the aircon to work - but not a mega issue!

Thank you for a really lovely stay. The management at this friendly hotel are hard working and could not be more welcoming and helpful. Its location in the old town is perfect and the views from the lovely modern terrace room on the top floor, including over the adjacent Suleymaniye Mosque, are beautiful. Don't be put off by official star ratings: the hotel is modest in size and has limited facilities, but it is charming and offers excellent value for money. HIghly recommended.

So close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia with a wonderful range of food for breakfast, kind and helpful staff, and a strong shower. Only the air-conditioner didn't work, but an open window remedied the stuffy room on a 25 degree day.
