Did I ever tell you about the time I didn’t sleep in this hotel because Trip.com and their companies they merge with screwed up RMB 20 000 on my travel and I ended up not going to Istanbul… this rating is fair…. This is my experience. The photos is not Istanbul either.. it’s South Africa..

I think the hotel is busy. I waited until almost 4pm for the room to be cleaned. I had booked an economical single-person room from the application, but it did not say that it would be on the -1 basement floor. When the room given at the hotel was at -1, I stated that I could not stay because it was stuffy and very stuffy, and I was moved to a room on the upper floor for an additional fee. The staff at the reception were friendly and we had a nice conversation. But I didn't like the cleanliness of the room at all, unfortunately it was very dirty. And there was no sound throughout the night.

The employees were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and very nice, thank you to the helpful staff, it was the first place I chose and it will not be the last. I recommend it to everyone. I was satisfied with both the price and comfort.

The rooms smelled very much of cigarette smoke. There is no sound insulation. Cleaning wasn't bad.

Room cleaning ***meat is good, employees are devoted. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. There is no food opportunity at the hotel. There are suitable places to eat in the back streets of the hotel. For more dining opportunities, you can increase your options by going to Şirinevler, two stops later by metrobus. Metrobus stop is right in front of the hotel.

The hotel's furnishings are modern and price-performance for renovated accommodation.

For the price it’s fair stay, nothing luxurious . Works very well for business trip . But wouldn’t recommend for family or vacation

Comfortable, affordable, and has great staff members. We were staying for 5 nights and we were provided with air conditioning & drinking water. Every staff member was kind. They told us how to get to places. The places we needed to get to (centres) were very far away, so the area isn’t convenient for hotel pickups for tours, but if you have means of travel, or don’t care about city centers or tours - this is definitely the place for you. The only complaint: there’s no refunds so we suggest you pay per night and not in advance for the whole stay. (In reference to the hotel owner) Shoutout to Muhammad, Emir, and Mr. K, for free tea, and the room service ladies. We’ll be back 👍
