Incredible location, great staff and very tasty breakfast. By far the best hotel in Istanbul and will definitely be our go to for the future.

I used to stay in a cheaper hotel in this area and the rooms were bigger, cleaner and more comfortable. For breakfast the choice is very limited and if you want vegetables you will only eat tomatoes and cucumbers. No real coffee included in breakfast, only instant Nescafé. The staff was friendly and spoke English, they changed my room after I complained about my room being dirty. Overall the hotel is not bad but the price is too high to compare with other hotels.

In a city full of touts, scammers and unfriendly taxi drivers, this hotel and its super friendly staff is a real delight! I've never been in a hotel that is so welcoming! The staff is incredibly attentive. Service is for sure on a 5 star hotel level! Thanks to the whole hotel crew!

Lovely place, friendly personnel, in the middle of Istanbul.

I have traveled to many countries and this is my favorite hotel. I came here for my cats, but from the time I arrived until I left, everyone here made me feel very warm. This was the most comfortable stay in a foreign country. Although the room is not luxurious, it is clean and comfortable. It is located near the Stone Tower. I recommend it to everyone who travels to Istanbul. I will definitely choose this hotel next time. Sanitation: very clean Environment: quiet in a busy city, excellent location Service: very enthusiastic, tea or coffee will be provided when checking in, and a small gift from the store was given when leaving

Excellent hotel! As soon as we arrived, we were offered tea/coffee/lemonade while we waited for check-in. We checked in very quickly and explained everything. We had a superior room with a sea view, with two separate beds. We settled on the 1st floor. The view, of course, due to the low location of the floor, is of the fence and the road, but if you raise your head a little you can still see the Bosphorus. The rooms are small, but everything is very clean and tidy. There are slippers, shampoo, shower gel, body balm, and hand soap. The water pressure is super, no interruptions. The hairdryer is an ordinary hotel hairdryer, not powerful. The towels are clean, changed every day. They were also cleaned every day, the cleaning was excellent. There is just a small open rack for clothes, but that was enough for us. Good breakfasts - a small buffet, and also an omelet/fried egg/scramble to choose from. The location of the hotel is also excellent. It's close to the metro and Galata Tower. Special thanks to all the hotel staff! Everyone is very nice, friendly and sociable! I recommend the hotel)

The boss and employees are very nice, attentive and considerate. They gave me a serving when I ate, and I had unlimited refills of tea and coffee. There are also many English books. I will stay here next time.

Location: 500 meters away from Galata Tower, 350 meters away from M2, very convenient for tourists. Room: The triple room is very spacious and tidy, and the bathroom tiles are heated. There is a small refrigerator in the room with water, drinks and snacks. The air conditioner worked fine. Disadvantages: More tourists means more thieves, so be careful near Galata. It's safe inside the hotel, but not necessarily outside. It is recommended to stay with two or more people. Miscellaneous: The hotel manager is a cat named Ottoman who will make ward rounds and sleep soundly in your room. Cat lovers rejoice.
