Very good hotel, clean and nice, serve is warm and friendly, we get perfectly new year trip in there, will come back again

Not a good choice...the room wasn't clean, their breakfast is average and there is no work desk in the room at all. Plus the reception guy was calling and fighting guests to check out or will charge extra night and that was barely around 12:15pm. I will never ever book in this hotel again even for free.

Nice location and a good breakfast. They say it has an ocean view but can't see the ocean or they give us a bad room.

Worn out and in need of repair.

The staff was amazing and we enjoyed the indoor pool , the view for outdoor pool was amazing. And we meet a gentleman by the name of levent Guest Relations Manager he was so helpful

an objective review from a person who is also a hotel administrator stayed here on my birthday. There was no compliment in honor of the birthday, but perhaps this is the policy of the hotel. Now the main thing Receptionist works for 5+. all staff are very friendly and polite. everything was done for my comfort. Would definitely recommend this hotel. the view from the rooms is wonderful. everything in this hotel is very tasty and very large portions. everything was great !!! thanks to all the staff for a wonderful stay

The service from the guy at the front desk was very good. The location is near the sea. It was a nice stay. The breakfast was also okay.

The room is much smaller than the photos. The hotel restaurant is expensive and awful. Breakfast is 25 euros per person. Dinner for two people is over 70 euros and it is very awful. It is the worst kebab I have ever had in Turkey. It is dry, hard and small. Even Coke is very expensive. The hotel spa costs 120-150 euros. It is more expensive than in London😅. The flight arrived early and I couldn't check in. I sat in the lobby for four hours and the staff didn't even look at me. The service attitude is very poor. I waited until I checked in, but the luggage was not delivered. I called three times before it was delivered, and the slippers I asked for were not given.

The rooms are small and cramped. They kept the space tight, but the cleanliness and hygiene are very good.. parking is free. In general, it is a nice hotel to relax and relax...
