This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately the repeated experience turned out to be worse than the first one. We were offered a two-story room on the first and basement floors. The room itself is very large in size, with 3 bedrooms. Nicely decorated and furnished. There are all the amenities, a kitchen, a wonderful living room. The hotel provides water and tea and coffee sets daily. However, the excellent quality of the room could not compensate for the discomfort of the stay. There were 2 problems: 1. The ventilation and air conditioning system did not work, so the rooms were very stuffy and the temperature was +25. In one bedroom, where there was no window, it was very uncomfortable to sleep. 2. Directly opposite the windows of the other two bedrooms there will be a booth with 2 dogs that bark non-stop. Very loud. Day and night. Therefore, even earplugs did not provide a comfortable sleep. At the same time, on the first day of our stay they told us that the next day they would change the room, but when we came to do this, they said that there were no rooms available. The hotel breakfast has improved and we really enjoyed it. Fitness zone is nice but the pool has very cold water and it is uncomfortable to use it.

Although the front staff manager Furkan tried to help but some staff members should be dismissed. careless and not serious about their work. I have not been given the exact room booked saying it was not available but how come you confirm my reservation then!!?? Also too expensive for what it is! the breakfast is more expensive than Sofitel in Paris!! and still coffee is not included in the breakfast !! what a joke!!

I definitely recommend it. Everything is perfect in terms of comfort. The employees are superb. We thank everyone very much. Especially the reception Mr. Gökhan, Mr. Erdem and Mr. Anıl and all the other team whose names I do not know..❤️🙏

It offers comfort beyond the expected comfort, the rooms are very clean and the staff is very attentive.

Friendly staff, nice room. There are no toothbrushes or slippers, but this is not a problem. There was a terrible supply of smoke in the corridor of the room, turning on the hood and opening the windows did not change the situation - this spoiled the overall impression, otherwise it was good.

I stayed with my family for 2 days. A decent hotel. I recommend it.

I came with my family for my mum's birthday, and we were treated very kindly, especially by staff members such as Vesile, who organised a cake and a letter for my mum's birthday. She also recommended places for us to go to in the local area, and is overall very nice and helpful.

We stayed here for a two-day transit and enjoyed this clean and cosy hotel. The personnel was very helpful, special thanks to Vesile from guest relations for greeting, support and ensuring we enjoy our stay here, and Emrullan was very friendly to help with luggage, transfer and room tour. I would recommend this hotel if you want to stay for a transit, business trip or want to live in the apartment with the kitchen and all available staff for that.
