My recent stay at a purported four-star hotel was disappointing. Despite its rating, it failed to meet even basic standards, resembling more of a two-star establishment. The theft of my wallet from the room was deeply concerning, highlighting serious security flaws. Additionally, the state of the bathroom was appalling, and the breakfast offered was of poor quality. However, I must acknowledge the professionalism and kindness of the gentleman at the reception desk. His friendly demeanor was a rare positive aspect in an otherwise disappointing experience. In conclusion, based on my stay, I cannot recommend this hotel. The issues with safety, cleanliness, and overall quality overshadow any positives it may have.

It's a perfect families place and seniors couples, its very close to the old city, mesquitas, shopping and museums.
The service is amazing, the breakfast is a typical turkish menú, We have a good experience with new flavors and food.
If you hope the typical american breakfast ,this is not the place, but if you're intelligent and searching the best place for your vacations, this is the place.
All the personal in the hotel ,works for your confort and rest.

We had a spa room on the top (6th floor). It had a stunning view of the Marmara Sea and the East city. The lobby is pleasant and comfortable and there are excellent dining options nearby, including Rainbow Fish & Meat, right across the street. A super-convenient walkable option for Old City sights. I would rate this an easy 5 stars except for the breakfast. The breakfast is ok, but could be improved for Western diners. Lot of cold cheese, salads, but sesame bagels disappeared quickly and scrambled eggs weren’t always available without a long wait. This is not a place to have a rental car, but you don’t need one.
Staff members were helpful and kind. Very highly recommended.

Great location for access to the sights. The views from room and dining room were good, could watch the boats and dolphins. Free breakfast was terrific, excellent selection of Turkish breakfast foods. Room was comfortable and clean, but could be noisy in morning as we were directly below the dining room, but it was time to get up anyway.
Only downsides was some difficulty with the level of English with all the staff so we were unsure of communication at times, the pushing of pamphlets at the desk of high end tours and restaurants.
I would also have liked seating, maybe cushions and rugs, on the rooftop level as the views are fantastic but no place to sit.

Ok let’s start with the good. The location was excellent. Right in the middle of everything. The view from our room was gorgeous. The staff was friendly. The not so good-super thin walls. We could hear neighbors pretty much doing anything all night. Enough to keep you up. The facilities are a bit run down so don’t expect plush accommodations.
