Location is good, just 10 mins walk from Ito Station to the hostel. I have enjoyed thoroughly in my stay there. The public area is well maintained, the Kitchen is also very clean. Besides the public onsen, they have another 2 private onsens cater for shy people. Will definitely visit K's House Ito Onsen and the other hostels in other parts of Japan.

地點：伊東站出來前面那條路（路過7-11）一直往前走 走到一個超級大十字路口往左前方小路走五十米就到了。
入住提醒：辦理入住時間是下午3點到晚上8點半。我一開始沒注意 剛好踩點到，辦完入住手續後拿起手機才發現旅社給我發郵件提醒我。如果晚到的話，大門會關，而且沒有工作人員在；一定要提前聯繫旅舍 看怎樣拿到鑰匙。
環境：以前就是温泉館吧，好喜歡這裏，特別乾淨舒服。在旅舍要換鞋子（我選擇光腳嘻嘻 舒服）
設施：有免費的男女分開的公湯和私湯。我一直沒進去公湯那邊看，就是一個大池子吧。私湯其實就是小的浴室，進去有個乾淨的隔間放衣服，另一道門之後就是我們理解的浴室：淋浴的花灑和泡湯的小池子。都不需要預約，沒人的話直接進去就好。
裏面洗浴用品都有。
一樓有公共區域吃飯辦公，還有廚房冰箱，都很寬敞乾淨。整個旅舍設計非常日式有格調（就是超級喜歡了）

非常讚的一個地方 建築是伊東歷史建築東海館 隔壁就是東海館的博物館兼温泉 但是住在這裏也有男女分開的温泉 而且很贊 裏面有五個公共區域非常寬敞明亮 可以喝茶聊天 遇到了新西蘭法國台灣等地的人 房間是榻榻米 男女混但是還算不打擾 房間有陽台可以看窗前的風景

歷史建築裏的民宿。改造的很有特色。
管理的很安全，每個房間都是獨立設計。
可以去公共温泉泡澡，乾淨方便。
就是隔音效果不好，塞耳機入睡

住的混合間可以睡5個人，初春季節房間裏不冷的。各種設施齊全，尤其是一樓廚房，應有盡有，做早餐方便極了！內設温泉泡的人似乎不多，喜歡熱鬧的，晚上在公共區域可以跟大家海聊😎

住的是最貴的河景高級日式房，卻無法正常入睡，因為樓上是多人間，一整夜天花板砰砰響，老房子完全不隔音。
如果想體驗日式老房子可以來，想好好休息的就不建議來了，真的是根本沒法睡！

怎麼説呢…如果是年輕時候的我，初次來日本，會很喜歡這裏。因為新奇的體驗，在百年老樓裏踩着嘎吱吱響的木地板，望向窗外映着松柏、浮着鴨子的溪水和遠山。But，大概期待值有點高或者住慣了好的日式温泉酒店，又或許是因為沒訂上帶私人浴室的房間，我人生的第一次青旅體驗，總體感覺一般。
一層因為是重裝修過，有很多聚會或獨自歇息的空間，一窗一景、和諧舒適的日式休閑氛圍。甚至有電腦（不過當然是不好用打不開機的）。小廚房夠一個人用，燒水泡麪泡茶。
房間，一般。可能連日陰雨，有蟲子。公共衞生間逼仄。也奇怪，我以前住過各種百年老屋改造的日式旅館、其中也包含使用公共衞生間的，都是雖舊但潔凈舒適有趣，甚至長野寺廟夜宿，極其樸素的那種，都很舒適安逸。但Khouse覺得不舒服不衞生。
當然，老外喜歡這種，文化獵奇、一層聚會聊天、晚上地鋪睡一地。有些不熟悉日式温泉的老外，直接進池子。比較膈應。
總之，推薦給沒體驗過日式老樓旅店的比較神經大條的旅客。價格真不貴，所以也是不要和大幾千的温泉酒店比。本就不是一個意思。
隔壁東海館，同樣style。有歷史有文化，我個人覺得舊得有點過了。
附近吃飯方便。對面鰻魚飯需要提前至少一天預訂（旺季）。離車站taxi4分鐘步行8-10分鐘。
總體3.5分，大概率是我自己的問題吧。不過我女兒也感覺一般般。青旅，還是適合年輕老外和初次日本的老外家庭。
