Unfortunately, there is not a single tangible thing in the hotel, neither the staff nor the rooms. We made a reservation for our foreign guests coming from abroad. We agreed for 7200 TL for two rooms and three days. We paid 5000 TL with a card during the reservation. I wish we hadn't paid it. When we went to pick up our guests in the morning, they were waiting for us at the door with their suitcases, the rooms were full of cigarette smoke. They said that it smelled, the flushers were not working, there was no water in the cupboards, there was no internet, and they wanted to leave the hotel. When we asked the employee sitting at the reception for a daily bill and a refund of the payment we made, they did not refund 2600 lira, and they made us debtors and asked for 2200 lira. While we were talking, they announced that they would not refund the rest because we missed 4 people waiting for the reservation. Also, his defense with wifi was very funny, he could receive international calls 🤔

Don't expect much, the curtains don't cover the window, the window is broken, the shower you can barely fit in, nothing is functional, it deserves to be maintained. It doesn't deserve a single star. Fortunately the bed is clean otherwise we would have left

This is the most terrible hotel in my memory, the photos do not correspond to reality at all!!! The drain in the bathroom doesn't work, neither in the sink nor in the toilet (we took two rooms, NONE OF THEM), the windows don't open, rotten air comes out of the air conditioner... there's a lot more, we didn't even dare to go for breakfast

However, even though the window was closed during the day, there were insect and bite marks and blood stains again the next morning. The receptionist, whose picture I took and showed it to him, didn't even bother. I think other rooms had the same problem. Refrigerators did not cool, but since they were working, they were used to heat the room. It's bad for a summer day. The hotel had nothing to do with the comments made. It is located just across the main street from Basmane Railway Station, facing the square, next to the bus company (Pamukkale) office. I was looking for the blue building in the photo, so I couldn't find it at first. I wish they would post a photo of the entrance. Breakfast was buffet style and had a variety of options. The wifi in the room was decent. There was a fridge, but it wasn't plugged in, so I had to move it and plug it in myself. The problem was the air conditioner, there was no remote control in the room, and although there was a control panel near the entrance to the room, I couldn't change anything by pressing it. When I told the front desk, they brought a remote control from another room and helped me turn it on, but it was only for the moment, so I couldn't operate it myself (in the end, it wasn't a problem, as I wasn't too hot to sleep or catching a cold), so I had to deduct points for that in terms of the hotel's facilities.
