Ontur Izmir Otel

This hotel is near Izmir Old Town, about a 15-minute walk away. There are plenty of food options nearby, and it's also close to the sea. The hotel breakfast is plentiful, and the service is excellent. The room was surprisingly spacious, which is hard to find at this price in Izmir. Very satisfied.

The hotel itself is good, and the breakfasts are decent. We stayed for a few days this time. We were surprised when the housekeeper walked into our room while we were sleeping during the day 😳. If I hadn't woken up, I don't know what she would have wanted. It was very strange; how could she even get in if we were inside?

I've been staying here for years; it's a good and clean hotel, and the location is close to everything. However, in the new period, there is no free parking service.

It was a wonderful experience; amazing design, cleanliness, and simplicity.

The location right next to the train station is super convenient. However, the facilities are a bit old, and they don't provide disposable toothbrushes. You don't need to book too far in advance; prices drop closer to the date and often include breakfast. During my stay, I was stuck in the elevator for ten minutes due to an accident, and the hotel offered no apology or compensation whatsoever.

The hotel was great in terms of location and cleanliness, but the manager's attitude towards guests was very poor. Unfortunately, I had to leave a bad review just because of the manager.

Everything was great, but I couldn't cancel the long-term booking.
