The hotel's surroundings are wonderful; although it's a bit remote, the air is incredibly fresh. Unfortunately, perhaps due to the hotel's age, our room didn't have an elevator, and there were also stairs in the corridors, which meant we had to carry our own luggage. However, the hotel's hot springs are fantastic – a soak there is truly rejuvenating. The only minor drawback was that the breakfast selection wasn't particularly varied.

This hotel is located in uphill. It is difficult to walk up to the hotel, better to plan your itinerary with free shuttle schedule. The free shuttle bus schedule stored in the hotel website but the file I couldn’t able to download. You can call the hotel for details. The hotel facilitates are good but every single spot are not walking distance. It is suggested to buy some snacks/food before going up to the hotel. If you play golf, they have a view of Mt Fuji. The staff here are polite and willing to answer your questions.

The hotel and staff are pretty nice. The onsen and facilities are good. The only thing that should be improved is the accessibility to WiFi. There is no WiFi in our room or in most of the hotel area as well.

This was my third time staying at this hotel, and the cups used in the room were a little dirty. There were spider webs and dust everywhere. The bathroom was clean. Toner, shampoo, a hair dryer, etc. were all provided, and they were good brands, so I felt relaxed even after getting out of the bath.
