夕食と朝食がついています。夕食は鮎をフランス料理にしてだしてくれました。目の前の川を眺めているとアユ釣りのプロの人がいたので訊いてみたのですが丸一日で大漁で10匹位、その日は5匹だったそうです。友釣りはコケの状態や水の流れに影響され難しいそうです。そんな貴重な鮎を美味しく料理する独創的なシェフやスタッフも本当に一生懸命サーヴしてくれます。いつもありがとう。そしてどんな高級ホテルでも朝食はだいたい調理してから冷蔵で時間のたったものが出てくるものですが（作り置き）、それを感じさせない出来立ての凝った朝食でした。次は年末に再訪の予定です。

数ヶ月前に数ヶ月分の空室を確認し、一つだけみつけた空室をクリックして予約致しました。 前日に確認メールも届き、夏空の下、次第に濃くなる緑に分けいるようにして、訪れました。 既にスタッフさんたちも待機いただき、ビューサイドの2階のお部屋にご案内いただき、チェックイン、緑溢れる大きな窓、眼下には涼しい風を運んでくれる川のせせらぎ、流れの音と鳥の囀りのみがBGM! お部屋は特別な豪華さはないものの自然に馴染むインテリア、私がホテルで何より気になるリネン、タオル、バスローブ、パジャマなど 全て上質な素材の白！ 大きく、深さ、湯量たっぷりの露天風呂では心身を伸ばして、自然の息吹を感じることができました。 支配人、レストラン店長、担当、スタッフ全てがきちんとハートフルな対応で、今すぐまた戻りたいくらいです。 ダイニングはとても雰囲気良く、自然を愛するシェフの独創的で美味しい料理の数々に魅了されました。 また、季節が変わってメニューが変わる頃、伺える機会があることを祈っています。 忘れることのできない、素晴らしい場所です。

　紅葉の季節に伊豆へドライブに行こうと思い、以前から気になっていたこちらの宿が週末たまたま一部屋空いていたので、早速予約しました。 　修善寺近辺を観光した後、天城峠方面へ走りますと、観光地からは離れた静かな道の先に 宿の入口があります。車を停めるとすぐスタッフの方がいらして、フロントではなく小道を抜けて直接部屋へバトラーの方に案内され、ウェルカムドリンクを頂きながら落ち着いてチェックインできます。 　部屋はリバーウィングスイートという、渓流沿いで露天風呂がある部屋で、部屋前面の大きな窓から景色を眺めることのできる贅沢な設計でした。木や石・レンガで整えられたシンプルだけどセンスが感じられる造りで、部屋にテレビはないですが、川のせせらぎや鳥のさえずりを聞きながらノンビリル過ごすのもいいかと思いました。露天風呂は横長で広いバルコニーに配置され、部屋付けとしては大きめのサイズで、里山の木々と狩野川の流れを眺めながらのんびり湯に浸かれたので、日頃の疲れを癒せます。 　夕食は別棟に移動しますが、横長の広い空間に木々が見えるよう全面窓になっていて、オープンキッチンの手前のカウンターと、少し段差と距離のあるテーブルに分かれており、私たちはテーブル席で頂きました。最初のタパスは倒木をイメージした大きな土台に乗ってきたり、赤座海老のサラダも試験管のソースが用意されたりと、最初は個性的なスタイルに驚かされますが、軍鶏や黒陸奥、天城鹿など伊豆の山海の食材を活かして、洗練された味覚と食感を楽しめるメニューが続きます。大分長めのディナータイムとなりますが、サーブされるスタッフの方々も色々説明してくださり、食器やカトラリーにも拘りを感じ、最後の小箱に入った小菓子までまで、ゲストに楽しんでもらおうという気持ちが感じられます。 　翌朝、川のせせらぎの音で目を覚まし、朝日を浴びる景色を見ながら朝風呂を入ってスッキリした後、朝食はカウンターで頂きました。拘りの*料理を選び地元野菜の品々と自家製パンといった朝食メニューも大満足でした。 チェックアウトまで少し時間があったので、近くにレジャースポットなどはありませんが、鈴ヶ渕橋という吊り橋まで腹ごなしの散歩に行き、狩野川の透明度と周囲の山深さを実感できました。 　車がないと行き難い場所ですし、比較的高価な宿泊代となりますが、ゲストのプライベートに配慮したスモールラグジュアリーとして、食事から施設・サービスとオーベルジュに求められる要素を高いレベルで満たしており、非常に満足できる滞在となりました。

姉と初めて訪れました。 とにかく芸術的なお料理の盛り付けと季節の素材を十分に活かした味に感動しました。 周囲にはあまりレジャースポット的なものはないですが、大人の旅を楽しむには十分すぎます。 スタッフの皆さんの対応も素晴らしかったです。 ありがとうございました。 また次回は違う季節に訪れたいと思います。
