Great hotel for late checkin due to night arrival. Clean cabin and good staff service, except there is some noises created by other cabin guest. Hope it can be further improved for achieving best rate !!

The room was clean and well-equipped. Although small, it was very well-designed and the environment was quiet, so I slept comfortably. There's also a large public bath for soaking. It's located right next to the terminal building, so I could just walk over in the morning to check in, which was incredibly convenient.

How to get there? 1. If you land at Terminal 1, first find the connecting corridor to Terminal 2, or locate the JR station entrance. 2. Facing the JR station entrance, you'll see the hotel sign on your left-hand side! 3. Follow the sign, and you'll spot a Lawson convenience store and an escalator. Take the escalator to the second floor! 4. Once on the second floor, you'll see a pizza restaurant and the hotel's directional sign. Just walk all the way to the end, and you're there! (#) Stay Experience: 1. Cons: The soundproofing is practically non-existent, it's terrible!! People walking outside sound like an earthquake. It's hell for light sleepers. Remember to get an eye mask and earplugs from the front desk! 2. Friendly reminder: I didn't realize the room had air conditioning. The AC switch is right next to the light adjustment buttons. I slept incredibly cold all night and had to use my down jacket as a blanket. 3. Pay attention when the front desk assigns your room. It was my first time staying, and I didn't know, so they gave me one of the very first rooms, which meant a lot of people walked by. Avoid W302 and W303; they are especially noisy and right next to the entrance and luggage room. 4. Pros: Taking a hot shower was incredibly comfortable, and they provide shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, makeup remover, makeup remover wipes, facial cleanser, cotton swabs, comb, toothpaste, and toothbrush (no cups, and no disposable cups!). 5. The bed is very firm, which is great for people with back problems! 6. Towels and sleepwear are provided. The sleepwear is like the kind you'd wear in a large public bathhouse in China. (!): Overall, for 400 a night, if it weren't for a very early transfer, I wouldn't recommend it. It's better to find a nearby hotel. Apart from being quick and convenient, other hotels offer better value for money.

First time staying at an airport capsule hotel for an early flight! It was incredibly clean and hygienic, with separate sections for men and women. The bathroom was also very comfortable, perfect for a relaxing soak. I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance!

The hotel is just few minutes walk from the airport. From baggage claim take the elevator going first floor and you can see AEROPLAZA , its located in the first floor left side.

The bed was super hard, the door didnt close completely and I would literally never stay here.

I stayed for 1 night due to an early morning flight. The rate is a bit expensive for just a bed, but the hotel is very close to Terminal 1, which makes it extremely convenient. The toilet and shower areas are clean and well maintained. Overall, I’m satisfied with my stay.

Perfect service, best solution in case of late arrival. The ventilation inside was great, the same with the temperature, great option, perfect sleep.

Had an early morning flight so stayed here overnight. The rooms aren’t soundproof but were able to fall asleep and get good rest. It had everything you need and it was honestly very convenient as it was next to T1 international departures.

Perfect place to stay for the night after a long flight. Hotel is extremely quiet and clean. Location is convenient, only 5 min walk from terminal 1. Free amenities for hygiene. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Ill most likely book this spot again for the convenience.
