"I booked this hotel because my flight was rescheduled to the following morning and I was already at the airport. It's conveniently located near Rinku Town.
Environment: Given its open setting next to a parking lot, it could be a bit noisy during the day.
Cleanliness: Excellent, very clean.
Service: The electric kettle in my room was broken. I called the front desk, and after explaining the issue in English, they replaced it for me within a few minutes.
Facilities: The bed was very comfortable. The toiletries were all Pola, which is true to Washington Hotel's usual high standards. Both check-in and check-out were fully digital, and you can even book a bus for the next day. Getting to the airport in just ten minutes is fantastic – no more worrying about flight delays!"
"This is the most beautiful and biggest hotel I stayed for this time travelled to Japan. May be because it is a suite so the room is so big and sea view and the beds are so comfortable. Walking distance to shopping mall and Rinku outlet. Unfortunately my flight was too early, no chance to try their breakfast. Hopefully can stay again next time."
"I stayed here for one night specifically to catch the fireworks festival in Osaka. It's incredibly convenient, being just one train stop from Kansai Airport (KIX). The entire journey, from boarding the train to reaching the hotel lobby, took less than 15 minutes.
The lobby is located on the second floor. Right outside the entrance is a Lawson convenience store, and the hotel's back door connects directly to the elevator lobby, making it super easy to grab snacks and daily essentials anytime. Check-in starts at 3 PM and can get quite busy, but there are plenty of self-check-in machines, and Chinese-speaking staff are also on hand to assist.
The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to the airport, which you can book by scanning a QR code upon check-in. However, since the last shuttle departs at 11 AM, I opted to take the train to the airport instead.
On the 3rd floor, there's a spacious public bathhouse with several different pools. It can get a bit crowded in the evenings, though, perhaps because it was a weekend.
The hotel is within walking distance of Rinku Beach and Rinku Premium Outlets. If you happen to miss the hotel breakfast, there are also dining options available at the Outlets mall. Plus, there's a shuttle bus from the Outlets' lower level that goes to Aeon Mall Sennan. All in all, for a short stay of a day or two in Osaka, this hotel is a great choice."
"Honestly, the view from the corner room is unbeatable, thanks to its three panoramic windows. The hotel is super convenient, located right at Rinku Town Station, just a short 5-minute walk from the subway exit to the lobby. It's also very close to the outlet mall and the coast. If the weather is good, it's definitely worth considering spending some time by the sea (though this particular stretch of coastline can be a bit dangerous, so please exercise extreme caution – it's near the Snow Peak store at the outlet). The room itself was spacious, and the shower had excellent water pressure and a perfectly stable temperature, with no sudden hot or cold surprises. For these reasons, I'd highly recommend paying extra for a corner room if you can. However, my only real complaint was that our room (ending in '02') suffered from elevator echoes, which slightly disturbed our sleep. I suspect an airport-view corner room might be a better choice, as it would be further from the elevators. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle bus directly to the airport. Make sure to reserve your seat when you check in, as it can get fully booked quickly and you might miss out."
"Here are a few highlights:
1. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic! The clam miso soup was incredibly fresh and perfectly seasoned. They offered homemade sushi, including delicious skin-on salmon and an abundance of sweet shrimp – a real treat! You could even create your own beef bowl with very tasty beef slices. The Udon noodles were excellent too.
2. The location is superb, right by the subway! Although the entrance can be a little tricky to spot (it's about 20 meters left of the subway exit, opposite 7-Eleven), its close proximity to the station is incredibly convenient.
3. Getting there from Kansai Airport (KIX) is a breeze; it's just two stops on the Airport Express to Izumisano. The stop before Izumisano is Rinku Town, home to outlet malls, which are definitely worth a visit if you're looking to shop.
4. The hotel rooms are a good size and very comfortable. What's more, our room had a lovely sea view from the window – a definite bonus!
5. The hotel also boasts a fantastic rooftop onsen, featuring both an outdoor and an indoor bath. The atmosphere there is wonderful.
6. Conveniently, there's a laundry room and ice machine on the 5th floor, and a smoking room on the 6th. The WiFi speed was also quite good."
"While the room wasn't overly spacious, it was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Its location is fantastic, being very close to the airport, which was super convenient for my early morning flight. Plus, the outlet mall is also nearby, just a 15-minute walk away. The hotel even features a public hot spring. The self check-in process was a breeze."
"It's decent, though a little far from the airport. You can use the escalator down from the neighboring Washington Hotel, but be aware that area can sometimes attract rowdy crowds. There's a Lawson convenience store conveniently located right next door. The only airport shuttle service available is in the early morning, departing from the Washington Hotel. For midday or afternoon airport trips, you'll need to take the subway."
"Although it takes a short walk from the station to the accommodation, the room is very clean and the environment is very good. One of the 5-person rooms is Japanese-style, which is quite comfortable and has enough space. It is really helpful to inform the room and password in advance. Great ✌🏼
The washing machine, washing powder and supplies are well prepared, but the sound insulation is relatively poor, and there is an elephant upstairs🤣🤣🤣
There is a Marugame noodle shop nearby that is super delicious. I highly recommend it.
The overall feel is comfortable."
"Very convenient, just steps from Terminal 1 and accessible by shuttle from Terminal 2. I stayed in a ”business” capsule. The space was adequate, the shared facilities were clean, and the onsen was a welcome bonus. The only downside was the noise from other guests; while this is quite natural, it could disturb your sleep."
"The room is Japanese style, and I didn't feel uncomfortable sleeping on the tatami.
The experience of Japanese B&B is really good, and the kitchen is also very large (it feels like a Japanese drama.
It is very close to Kansai Airport, and it is also very convenient to go to the airport the next day.
There is also a large supermarket nearby. I bought beef and fried it in the kitchen myself. It was great!
It is the type of place I would like to stay again if I have the chance."

Great
OOzzyKittyLizzieAbsolutely the best hotel staff !! So friendly and helpful!! The shuttle is great but make sure if you need it check the times because drop offs and pick ups are limited. The room was clean and spacious. The tub and water pressure amazing ! The breakfast was good but get there early because it gets busy and the food was not available. The restaurant has wonderful Japanese food. The tempura platter was amazing and so fresh.!! The bed was good, I should have asked for extra pillows because it comes with (2) I like 4, but that is just me. The location is great because it is so close to the railway station and the airport. This is not the hotel’s fault but other rude guest who communicates very loudly in the early morning or late night. People should remember to speak quietly in the hallway near the doors of other rooms. Otherwise was an absolutely an amazing experience. I will definitely return because of the staff is wonderful. Thank you so much.
JJoe SnuffyThe room we got was a double futon on the east room upstair, as we love the traditional Japanese style.
The small space has all the convenient with shared space in common area, small kitchen, bathroom and washer and dryer in the same room. Everything were tidy and functionally used all the space avail. Great water pressure and temp for the shower. The host thought of everything and provided every information avail for us tourist to use.
Distance is not too far from Rinku-town station. Only cons (out of everyone control) the stair leading to the station has no elevator, which will be challenging for people with large suitcase. We are light traveler, which is not too bad for our case.
Overall, great little space and affordable, short ride to Kansai Airport and save time traveling to the airport, which is a great plus since security check in at Kansai may take up to 90 mins to get through.
HHu123456789yfOur Japanese is non-existent, and we only understand a little English. However, the front desk staff member was incredibly patient, guiding us through the check-in process. She even provided the airport transfer schedule for the next day and, knowing we were Chinese, offered us information in Chinese, which was a very thoughtful gesture.
The next day, the driver was already waiting outside well in advance and proactively helped us with our luggage.
The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. There are also plenty of dining options within 100 meters. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and we would definitely choose this place again on our next trip to Japan.
NNoruA nice business hotel. There’s free shuttle to the airport. Staff were very welcoming and unlike most of hotels in Japan, they have English speaking staff which makes it more convenient. Room is clean and big compared to typical hotels in Japan. All in all, a great hotel.
QQingqingshenghuofangshiStayed here for one night as an emergency measure. Nothing special.
There is a kitchen and a large room. There is a pillar in the middle of the twin room which is not very convenient and the TV is completely invisible. Since we were staying overnight and leaving the next day, we didn't force it. The 7-11 across the street closes at 23:00, so please buy water in advance. The elevator code and room code were sent to me in the morning before departure. I sent them after Ctrip urged me.
In addition, you can only see the message he sent when you land because it is Google. You know.
VvanthesupermanI had a truly pleasant stay at Aston Hotel. The standout feature was undoubtedly the friendly drivers and the shuttle bus service. This was our first encounter with the hotel's hospitality, and it left an outstanding impression. It's incredibly convenient, particularly for those arriving on a late - night flight.
The check - in staff were also top - notch. They greeted us with warmth and handled the check - in procedures meticulously, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked through the door.
And let's not forget the breakfast. It's a buffet, and the food is absolutely oishi. I would highly recommend it to anyone staying at the hotel.
KKoJustinThe location is quite close to Izumisano, which is very close to the airport. It is convenient for catching a flight from KIX. Otherwise it is basically the same as other Japanese budget hotels, which is a small room but at a relatively affordable price, with minimal facilities. Overall I am satisfied.
AAnonymous UserGreat Room Size but Disturbed by Wind Noise
I stayed at a hotel in Rinku before my flight from Kansai International Airport (KIX) and was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a twin room. This room was significantly larger than the one I had booked, and in fact, it was the most spacious room I encountered during my entire stay in Japan. The room was clean, and I appreciated the extra space.
However, my experience was overshadowed by the intense wind noise throughout the night. The sound was so loud that I initially thought someone was rolling their suitcase in the hallway during the midnight hours. It turned out to be just the wind, but it was loud enough to keep me awake. I even asked the receptionist to check the noise, as I was uneasy and initially thought it might be something supernatural. The staff was kind and helpful in addressing my concerns.
While the location is convenient for an early flight, it’s not particularly close to the station, which might be a consideration for travelers relying on public transport. Overall, the hotel is decent, with excellent room size and helpful staff, but the wind noise detracted from my comfort.
GGuest UserFrom the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered all the amenities I needed — including a very comfortable bed.
The hotel’s location was perfect, close to everything I wanted to explore, yet quiet enough for a restful night. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout my stay, like complimentary water bottles and quick responses to any requests.
. I’ll definitely be coming back!
AAnonymous UserIt was close to Rinku Town Station and it was convenient because I had a morning flight.
It felt like I was at my grandma's house, which was a nostalgic feeling.
Some parts are a little old, but it was clean and there were no problems with the stay.
This time, the room was on the second floor, but the stairs were narrow and it was a bit difficult to get my large suitcase up and down. I'll add this to my requests next time.
