Есть все необходимое для комфортного отдыха! Вкусный ресторан Sasha в пяти минутах ходьбы от отеля! Супермаркеты, сувенирные лавки, длинная береговая линия в 5-15 минутах на тук-туке! Вкусный завтрак был включён в стоимость! Хозяин отеля-Уди, прекрасный человек! Очень вежливый, участливый, супер-отзывчивый, всегда поможет, ответит на все вопросы, сделает все, что в его силах, чтоб ваш отдых в отеле был замечательным! Обожаю это место, людей! Overall, the hotel is pretty good~ It's a resort, about 20 minutes' drive from the airport. The rooms are not very new, so it's pretty decent~ There are no shops around and sp****ly populated. The only drawback is that I had to wait for a long time to pick up the hotel. I agreed to pick him up near the post office an hour after landing. After waiting for more than an hour, I called the driver but he didn't answer. I had to call the hotel again to check. I waited for more than 20 minutes for the information to arrive. I must have forgotten it... It’s a bit of a pity. When we checked out the next day, they proactively asked us if we wanted to be dropped off at the airport. The staff also kept smiling and made us feel happy. Dinner was also provided before 9 p.m.

Granbell colombo is the most beautiful city hotel in colombo , It offer really japanese hospitality experience , foods are really tasty , Hotel has most beautiful infinity pool at roof top. That experience is very attractive . Roof top bar is little bit crowded in weekend . But bar staff provide quick service. Also Room has consist with modern features . And Room has bath tab . It is really nice. Overall experience is really worth for money.staff was very friendly. Mihiranga from reception he helps us very friendly during our stay and restaurant staff Niroshan , kasun is very helpfull . We will definitely come back again . Thanks Granbell ❤

This is my first time been visited to covanro with my team members & family. Nice ambience, cool & calm relaxing place. This is the ideal place to enjoy and relax with families/ friends. The service given by all satff members @ covanro is unbelievable. we were wamly welcome by front staff. The restaurant service staff was fantastic and service oriented. The food was delicious and nicely arranged buffet with mouth watering Desserts. Thank you very much to covanro Ambassadors for made us memorable experience. Just put some pictures for your reference, it's a pretty good hotel I am particularly impressed by Kasun's service. The breakfast, lunch and dinner here are also very nice. The only drawback is that the gym can't be used except dumbbells, and the shower is not very convenient.

This little 10 room hotel deserves a much better rating in my opinion. Why? It's small enough to be private & it has all the facilities of the bigger hotels at a very affordable price point. Rooms are big, clean, have a balcony, fridge, tea/coffee facilities, roof fan & good AC. Pool is sparkling clean, lift access to upper floors, sun lounges & sun bathing all good. The building is set about 50m off main road which reduces noise & touts. Walk across the road to the beach for an early morning walk. Good selection of restaurants within walking distance, convenience stores at front & beer/wine store 30m. Staff was friendly, very helpful, nothing was too much trouble & great tips on surrounds. Front foyer was nice with a couple of lounges & tables/chairs facing pool area. I wouldn't waste my money on bigger hotels bc this place has everything they do with staff who know who you are & are interested in making your stay positive & memorable. Special thanks to Silver the hotel manager.

Before the end of the holiday, we still planned to stay in Colombo for one day before leaving, so we still booked this hotel and checked in at ten in the morning. Since the guests had just checked out, we needed to wait for cleaning, so we sat on the side while the staff sent us there. The juice was served, just when the mouth was dry, the juice was like a timely rain. After a while, a manager said that cleaning would take some time and invited us to have a buffet breakfast. We politely declined, after all, it was a bit expensive, and then we went to the mall downstairs to eat. We bought something and just came back. The manager asked us if he could buy us a cup of coffee. We happily accepted it and were very touched at the same time because the wait was caused by our own early check-in, but the hotel tried to save us from the long wait. It's not pleasant to do so much, thank you very much
