It was ok. Front desk mostly staffed by friendly people with one exception of a person who was unpleasant. Room was nice but the AC circulation was faulty.

Was an amazing stay even if it was for a night. Inadvertently had erroneously selected originally reserved hotel a day to start a day later than intended , and just needed the closest hotel for that one night. Was pleased with last minute selection and actually wished that I could’ve stayed longer here . Rooms were booked for the week there otherwise would’ve extended stay and cancelled original booking . Will definitely stay again but longer . Very kind staff and great vibe .

A nice new property that’s a mix of hotel style accommodation and long term stay accommodation. Location is decent although coming out of the commerce park is so badly designed, but this is not the fault of WaterWalk. Our room had a small kitchen area (no oven) but was well laid out fully equipped. Our only wish was for a ice machine in WaterWalk (the fridge/freezer had one but you had to turn it on and wait for ice to be produced)

Room was disgusting. No clean linen and toilet had feces and bugs. Front desk put me in a room on first floor. Noisy from lobby and outside.

Good points all the way around. When entering in it had the new build smell. Which is great to me.
The staff had good customer service, which is a rarity now in days.
