I can't say this enough. The staff is phenomenal. We had the same housekeeper over our 8 days, and Katrina was so caring and patient. She was genuinely interested in making sure my family had wat we needed. If I could change one thing, it would be.. adding meat to breakfast. The one thing I hoped for every day was bacon or sausage links, and that just wasn't there, but everything else was so delicious. I loved the variety of waffles. I hope we can enjoy the pool next time as well. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel as well. Thank you to all the employees we had the pleasure of meeting.

The hotel had electrical issues. The fridge tripped the circuit breaker and my food was not cold overnight. The second night another room had electrical issues too. The rooms microwave cutoff and the breaker was tripped. Both room on the same floor rm 202 & 208

The property is nice and the staff is great the only thing I didn’t like about this hotel is the mattress were hard but everything else about this property was great

We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times. This time was for 3 nights. There was one occasion where the desk clerk was snippy but the rest of the time they were helpful and courteous. The room was average clean. Seat cushions were stained and dirty. Elevator very dirty, AC was very loud. It sounded like the startup of a jet engine. And the water pressure was less than average. However the price was good.

Tv Staff was great, very clean the only compliant I had was my remote didn’t work properly and they didn’t offer me another one.

Breakfast was great, staff was great! I’m a stickler for small cleaning details. Like the door fridge having old food stuck to it. Bathroom door that slides have spots of idk what. But I always do a quick clean down at any hotel anyways! Regardless of that, i
