My experience about buffalo hotel. The hotel's prime location added convenience to my stay, making it an ideal choice for anyone visiting. Clean room even if it’s kinda old.

Check in time was long. Not enough towels, not working ice machine to call for room service operator doesn't pick up. No shuttle to go to other part of the resort had to walk. No access to swimming pool thought it would be nice to sit outside and enjoy the weather but nope.

didn,t like that the tv in our room cuts off automatically every hour. frustrating!!!

The room was clean but could do with some minor touch ups. Most of the food court was closed down when I arrived at 5:30. The Denny's was open and very well run.

I had an issue with my TV remote not working. The first night . And was giving the wrong remote by registration clerk was told i was going to have to deal with it and ho we ithout the TV im pretty upset that i paid an extra resort fee for that kind of service. . Tech staff was friendly fixed the issue next day. The carpets were not vacuum alot of dust.lint . Otherwise it was comfortable.
