You need to persevering to get a good room, otherwise they will put you in the barn room.

I’ve stayed at a lot of places but this was probably the worst. No mini fridge or microwave. Very small bathrooms. Room wasn’t clean and sheets were stained. Building is locked down, you can only come in and out through the front lobby or else alarm is set. Questionable people sitting outside. I’ve stayed at way better for cheaper

Check In was very easy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be back for sure for another stay.

The place was filthy it was disgusting I will not stay there they’re bedbugs look for this one on yelp

I was surprised I booked this property based on other reviews but I did. When I checked in I was told the only room with a queen bed they had left had no TV. I said ok; I'll just use WIFI (which never connected so I used my hotspot). I got to my room on the third floor and the first thing I did was kill a large bug. Then I noticed my door had no security bolt. I was up at 6 a.m. listening to other guests yelling at each other using foul language, including the N word. I wish I had that bolt. I couldn't leave fast enough but also understand I booked it without reading previous reviews.

Bed bugs so I canceled my stay and requested refund because they were booked they laughed in my face and told call corporate they lied to ******* said I refused new rooms that were never offered bc they were booked also filing a complaint with code enforcement due to only one entrance and exit and no attempt to get rid of bed bugs
