Everything is good in Grand Hyatt. All you want is just within walking distance. I discount 1 point because shower wash is missing in bath room but 2 bottle of body lotion; and dirty towels did not take away after cleaning.

Outstanding hotel! Just superb! So many restaurants, heated pools, amazing views of the sea mountains and airports. Super large rooms and very kind staff. Thank you was sad to leave

Exceptional hotel in Jeju city with spacious room and highest standards of service. Especially enjoyed the great quality hotel toiletries that leaves us feeling pampered and refreshed.
The hotel gym impresses with its well-maintained diverse range of equipment and machines, creating a conducive environment for a satisfying workout.

We stay here for a night before we head back to Singapore. Check in process is smooth, room is huge although with obstructed view cause it’s just beside the pool. Did not get to enjoy the view from there.
Did not take any breakfast deal as we like to explore the surrounding eatary. With the price paid a night , location and room comfort just worth all dollar

Room is huge and clean with modern amenities. Location is perfect to explore jeju city. Breakfast is excellent. We will definitely return to this hotel when we visit Jeju again.

Very central location in Jeju City and the room was amazing! One of those hotels who managed to impress you with the uncanny resemblance to the stock photos. Truly luxurious and will no doubt return to stay for my next Jeju trip

We had a lovely room with a beautiful view of city, mountains, and sea + the airport (which the kids liked). I loved being able to use the outdoor pool in winter (kept at 40 degrees), but the indoor pool is also fine. I wish the rooms had uht milk for coffee & tea also wish the lovely kids linens they brought included kids toothbrushes & robes. Overall, it was very nice, though.

Amazing stay at the Grand Hyatt. We got an up grade when we checked in. Room was a amazing and restaurants at the hotel are excellent
