Grand Hyatt Jeju

I originally wanted to have a good time here. At first, the front desk was quite enthusiastic, but after a while, they started to get a bit impatient, which made me feel very uncomfortable. However, not all services were like this. The lady at the lounge's front desk in the evening had a very good and welcoming attitude. When I got back to the room and flipped over a pillow, it looked like picture 1 😅 Is the hygiene really like this? And the stain was quite large 😓 The environment is okay, and it's good for photos. If you want to come here for a proper holiday or vacation, don't have too high expectations.

This was my favorite hotel on Jeju Island this trip. I booked the most basic room, and it was surprisingly large and spacious with new facilities. It might have been off-season, which explains the affordable price. My only regret is that it was the rainy season, so I couldn't use the outdoor pool. I'll definitely try it next time! Their sauna is excellent and a must-try. The gym is also huge with comprehensive facilities. Since it was the rainy season, I spent most of my time in the hotel or at the restaurant. The location is great, making it convenient to get everywhere. Highly recommend!

They offer a free shuttle service to and from the airport, and also to Shilla Duty Free. The location is excellent, with a mall right downstairs. The service attitude is great! 👍

They have a shuttle service, so it's a no-brainer to stay here. The room is very spacious, and you can open the window a bit, which is lovely. The service is excellent, and there's no language barrier! I really like this hotel and will definitely be back.

This is the best five-star hotel in Jeju City, housed in Jeju's two tallest buildings. It's a integrated resort, much like those in Macau, offering shopping, restaurants, and a casino. There were plenty of staff in the hotel lobby, and check-in was very quick. Most of the front desk staff spoke Chinese. We couldn't get our room key until 3 PM. The room was spacious with huge floor-to-ceiling windows offering fantastic views. From our ocean-view room, we could even see the airport. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to and from the airport. Highly recommended!

This is my first negative review for a five-star hotel, despite numerous international stays. Firstly, the staff's service was appalling; they served with sour faces and were incredibly rude. Their expressions were exactly as pictured. I will definitely not choose this hotel again. I question the effectiveness of their staff training. When I tried to wave them down for service, they ignored me. I don't understand how this service team maintains the hotel's service standards. I complained to the supervisor and the front desk on the spot, but I still haven't received any apologetic or improvement-oriented response. Secondly, I called the hotel to request an extra bed, and they simply said they had no stock? They also mentioned they would follow up but never did. I do not recommend this hotel for any family with children who prioritize quality and service.
