Hotels near Mungangsa, Jeju

It is relatively close to Lotte Duty Free Shop. There is a CU convenience store next to the hotel. There are oliveyoung and bhc fried chicken on the street after leaving. It is not far from Shilla. The location is still very good. The sanitation is OK. The environment is average, but The price is also worth it. As for cleaning, it is only done once during your stay. You can ask the front desk for two bottles of mineral water every day.

The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the beach. It is a little tired. The view of the top floor pool is good. The pool is a bit old, not too clean, and the opening time is relatively short. Finally, the front desk lady is good, but there is a Korean greasy man with a very bad attitude, saying that he is a manager or something, avoid lightning

Hotel is rather rigid with check-in time. Strictly 3pm, not even 10mins earlier. The sound barrier is bad - could hear thunder footsteps and shifting of furniture from above every night, and people talking as they walk past the rooms. Stayed 5 nights, no fresh bedsheets was changed throughout. Overall stay was okay. Nothing spectacular to compliment about, but I’ll choose to stay in another hotel next time.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel, Seoubong Beach Hotel from Sept 23-26. While I had initially looked forward to a pleasant experience, I regret to inform you that the behavior and attitude of some of your staff members were awful. During check in the behaviour of your staff Kelly Oh to be discourteous and unprofessional. She was very rude. We booked and paid the room for 3 adults she asked us extra charge and could not explain for what we need to pay extra 30000 Won. She was very rude and almost kicked us out. I believe it is essential to bring these incidents to your attention so that you can take the necessary steps to rectify them. On Sept 24, during breakfast at your hotel's restaurant, I had a regrettable encounter with a member of your waitstaff. She rudely with a loud voice said to go out from the restaurant without waiting for our finishing the breakfast at 10:05 am. I have never seen in any hotel this kind of unprofessional attitude from staff members. I kindly request that you investigate these incidents and take appropriate action to address the behavior of the staff involved. Additionally, I hope that you will consider implementing further training and measures to ensure that such instances do not recur in the future. I value the importance of constructive feedback and hope that my concerns are taken seriously. I look forward to hearing from you regarding the actions taken to rectify these issues. If my concerns are not adequately addressed, I may have no choice but to share my negative experience through online reviews and social media platforms, which I would prefer to avoid. I trust that you will handle this matter promptly and professionally. Thank you for your attention to my concerns.

Great location with lots of restaurants and convenient stores. Hotel level 2 have big 7-eleven that operates 24hour. Our double room is spacious and have bath tub! Bus stop is right in front of the hotel, so it is very accessible via public buses. It is only 4 public bus stops from Jeju Airport. There is direct bus to dongmun market, where you can shop till you drop and eat to the fullest. Loved it!

We find the room spacious and clean. Love the powerful shower and hot water. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast very much. The hotel is well located for walking around the shopping area and also some eateries. The hotel is only 10 minutes walk from the local market that opens only 5 days each month. It is less than 10 min drive from the airport and can just catch a taxi from the airport to get to the hotel.

It's great. I stayed with my friends. The sea is right outside the door. The seafood hot pot barbecue at the restaurant next door is very good! It takes about half an hour by taxi and is recommended to everyone.

rooms in severe need of redecoration. location is ok, price is cheap, but last redecoration was probably 50 years ago and it shows.

Lovely stay right in front of the ocean. You can hear the sea and the seagulls at night but it’s not very noisy or disturbing. That’s nature! There are mosquitoes in the room so be careful and try to kill them before sleeping elsewhere they will bite you in your sleep. The hotel was clean but pretty far from everything else which will be a problem if you’re not driving. If you’re driving it’s fine and close to airport. There is a CU downstairs for convenience! Can get taxis easily here. There’s live piano performances in the evening which was very very lovely. They provide water but not razors, toothbrush, toothpaste etc. Minibar is also chargeable.

I saw the sharing on Xiao🍠. I booked his hotel for the first time. The plane landed at 14:30 and I checked in at 15:00. There was an uncle at the front desk who spoke a little Chinese. The boss was very nice. He said I was very lucky today because I booked a double room, but the double room was no longer available, so my uncle upgraded me to a suite for free. The facilities are complete, the bed is very comfortable and soft, there is a refrigerator in the cabinet with free mineral water, and mineral water and towels are distributed every day. I stayed for two nights and the overall feeling was good. I will stay there next time I go to Jeju Island. The uncle at the front desk was very enthusiastic.
