This hotel is okay but certainly due for a major remodel. The bathrooms have been redone recently but they they left old mirrors with frames from the 70s? The bed was very good. As soon as you get off the elevator, it has the smell of an old hotel, even more so in the rooms.
The staff was very friendly and eager to help.
We would stay here again but, for the price, we were disappointed with the overall quality.
The breakfast was also far below hotels like Fairfield Inn/Suites and other hotels in this category.

This hotel was okay. Our room was clean and everything worked, but the walls are very thin. We could hear conversations of the people next to us. Breakfast was good. Also, we paid for a suite which apparently amounted to an extra table and two extra chairs. We had expected a sofa of some sort and were a bit unhappy.

It was very loud. The walls are thin and don’t get a room with a connecting door unless you want to hear everything your neighbors say and do.

We came back to this hotel two days later and stayed another night. Price and breakfast was really nice. The front desk did a fantastic job with the check in on the second night. I had messed up my reservation on line for that night but they were still able to accommodate us. Thanks

I stayed here for my trip to Sedona. The accommodation was clean and well-maintained. The bedding was excellently managed. The complimentary breakfast provided was also delicious and appreciated. I had a good impression of this hotel chain.

The hotel room was beautiful, check in and check out was easy and the pool/spa worked perfectly. Not a complaint about our night there my next trip I would without a doubt stay again.

The hotel was fine, and overall good staff, but upon checkout the front desk clerk refused to provide me with an invoice for our stay. When I asked why, and explained I have received one at other hotels where we had stayed. He became very rude and belligerent and stated “you Canadians are all the same.” He was extremely rude and intimidating. I just left without the invoice.
