門口台階有點高，比較重的行李箱拖着費勁。

第一次因為在房費已經交了之後，手機故障交不了按金，差點被掃地出門，露宿街頭。
我在攜程訂下的訂單，酒店也確認了，生效了。但是22點左右，到店後要求交100元按金，在我告知手機故障，沒有現金，可不可以將身份證和隨身物品全部抵押在前台。時間太晚，我也身無分文，讓我先入住的情況下。前台仍然要求必須交按金，否則不讓入住，並讓我自己想辦法退掉攜程的訂單。
我已經明確告知手機故障開不了機，並讓前台確認。
説實話，我當時聽到這話，真的是肺都快氣炸了。但是夜已深，身上又沒錢，先不説我能不能退單的問題，我是在貴酒店交了房費的，況且我現在手機故障，身無分文，你讓我去哪裡。
最後衹能懇求前台能不能給老闆打個電話商量一下。
不行！還是不行！電話都不打一個！哪怕我説可以打電話給派出所報備，都不行！
我這個時候真的想不管不顧先發泄一下。
我就想不通，按金的目的不就是消費和物品損壞的賠償嗎？我壓身份證和給派出所報備都不行嗎？就因為100的按金要讓本來付了房費的客人露宿街頭，這就是你們的規矩嗎？
最後實在是沒辦法了！看我已經快到崩潰的邊緣了，前台提出換手機卡試一下能不能付按金！
呵！！！
還好！感謝馬雲先生的付款寶，不需要找朋友驗證，不然我當晚衹能有床不能睡，睡大馬路！
