Great hotel and worthy of recommendation.
Take the number 18 bus from the station. Get off at 永祯路口（建水大道) 站.
Be aware that the budget rooms are downstairs on the ground floor, where the bathroom drains smell and where the downstairs lounge area is, so you get the noise of guests laughing and joking at midnight.
If you qualify with Trip.com for a late checkout, they won't give you one because it's against their policy - so Trip benefits are a waste of time really.
But the hotel is generally good and the staff are friendly.

床上竟然有紅褐色的污漬，客房女經理言辭犀利，礦泉水超出兩瓶就是有償提供。設施老舊，90年代國營招待所的感覺。服務還能給一分是給前台妹紙態度不錯。

我們前幾天，入住，建水是真的美，很享受這份幸運。舒服啊。
酒店接待了很多旅行團，大廳很吵，讓人頭疼。晚上十點多還可以聽到聲音，二樓的隔音效果不錯
