酒店老闆娘很熱情，服務態度很好，房間乾淨整潔，衞生做的很好，旁邊是中山路步行街，很熱鬧，離潭山公園也很近

這次住這家賓館，還算挺舒服的。地方好找，周邊啥都有，吃飯、逛街都方便。房間挺乾淨的，睡起來也挺舒服。服務員態度也特好。就是沒有一次性拖鞋，哈哈我對這個比較在意，酒店沒有早餐，不過這個價位也不能要求太多了。整體來説，這次住得還不錯。

酒店是獨立一棟的，在建陽步行街旁。周邊熱鬧，想逛街的可以住這裏。性價比非常高，便宜。環境什麼的都還不錯。

離步行街很近，購物很方便，不過車位要自己找，周邊小吃店很多，沒有什麼好玩的地方，我們衹是路過住了一晚！
