Good for staying overnight. Bathtub was good, view is not too bad. I wish they can stop placing bar fridges in cupboards, or at least add some ventilation holes in the cupboards.

地毯很臟，上一個住客灑倒的酒地毯濕濕的，酒味很濃都沒有處理。練習住兩天都是聞着酒味！地毯和瓷磚銜接處有釘子，小朋友都掛到腳了，所以一直交代一定要穿鞋。退房離開後一段時間已經上高速了才一直打電話説有一個煙灰缸找不到。我們拿煙灰缸也沒用，但是就是一直強調沒找到，然後就扣除我們按金。我想問一下，如果後面他們自己找到了呢？

入住房間發現沒有熱水，然後叫前台找人上來檢查，之後換了隔壁另一間房，發現熱水要開水龍頭很久衹有微熱，因為已經晚上十點多坐了一天車人太累了不想再換房想盡快休息，外面温度6度，衹有咬着牙關迅速洗澡，這體驗衹有差評

環境、衞生、服務都非常不錯。
第一次來得比較晚，且第二天走得比較早，未能很好得享受一番，但在這麼偏遠的縣城能有一座如此豪華的酒店，實屬不易。

大大小小的酒店我住過，沒住過這麼差的，首先我本身就是蕉嶺人，這次住迎賓館是因為我出差從杭州回深圳，路過老家，那就住一晚再走，太晚了，不想打擾家裡了 ，很晚了很累，我説給我安排一間靠近電梯的就行，OK，給我安排了一間最遠的310，我打電話給前台，説搞錯了，讓我換電梯旁邊的301，要回一樓換房卡，我説算了，不想折騰了，累了，睡覺，酒店是兩點退房，OK，12點給我打電話，提醒我退房，我説不是兩點嗎？，掛了，然後沒5分鐘門外就敲門了，提醒我退房，我納悶了，我睡前專門打開了免打擾的燈，純純擺設唄，繼續睡，應該是12點多還是一點，連續敲了三次房門，然後直接刷卡進來了，好傢伙，這免打擾真就是純純擺設，催退房也不用這樣吧，一點半又打電話催，三番五次打電話催催催，你不煩嗎？我真是服了，別的酒店，我就是兩點十幾分退房，人家也不會説什麼，還笑臉相迎，問我住得怎麼樣，給我一瓶水，祝我旅途愉快，你這300多一晚就這？員工管理有待提高
