性價比高，有住宿和餐飲一條龍，酒店大廳有提供給客人的水果和飲料，可以直接食用。客服小姐姐燕子在到店前就聯繫了我們，有什麼不懂的問題都幫我們一一解決了，服務態度棒棒噠！有時間還會過來！

住過幾次美豪酒店，覺得還可以，這次訂寶鼎店前，也看了不少評論，都説服務好，所以就訂了。但實際上真的差強人意。訂了親子房，一張大床一張小床。結果在小床下發現了之前客人留下的拖鞋。特別吐槽房間裏的機器人。入住當天機器人開不了，來了2個服務員，搞了半天，説是沒電，先充電，充好就能用了。當晚去了西塘，所以晚上也沒試機器人。第二天早上發現還是開不出，早餐後去問了前台，結果前台很乾脆的告訴我那個機器人是壞的。我驚呆了，昨晚就是忽悠我們，然後知道第二天我們就要退房，懶得給我們換一個了。小朋友還很起勁想看看機器人，結果一場空。這樣的經歷讓人非常失望，所謂的到家一樣的服務，完全沒有。點評裏還看到説晚上有銀耳湯，我們也沒有。總而言之，對這家店很失望。

這是一家非常不錯的酒店，房間寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適，讓我得以安享良好的睡眠。前台小白熱情服務，令人倍感温馨。酒店還提供了豐富的自助早餐，令我倍感放鬆。
距離景區特別近，晚上可以去酒吧一條街。
服務非常好，走的時候匆忙遺漏了私人物品，酒店電話告知還郵寄給我，非常暖心。下次會繼續入住。五星推薦

美麗豪酒店是在老式酒店的基礎上的再裝修，酒店的設施色調比較暗，但從提高服務的角度不難看出是用了心的。例如：在洗面台上，增加了洗面奶和乳液，房間乾淨衞生，離景區不遠，大約步行10分鐘左右，停車也很方便。早餐吃飽沒問題，最好吃的是小餛飩。唯一不足的是隔音不好。早上6點多鐘就被走廊裏的喧鬧聲吵醒了。（也許是讓我們趕上了這樣一羣人😭）
