Didn't use much of it's facilities as it is a business trip. The breakfast is good. The place is clean and quiet. Good for business traveler who just need a quiet place for lodging.

正好帶娃在楓涇這邊吃晚餐，不高興回家，訂了這邊的房間，下午入住的，後來房間空調不製冷，前台和客房就幫忙升級到了套房，房間很大，一個大床一個小床，屬於親子房系列，早餐品種蠻好很豐富，味道也很好，百葉包肉很多。

之前住的一次空調不好換了個房間還是挺好的，而且工程也人不錯，這次入住7樓703房間，進房間29度，開了3個小時，房間温度28度，熱的出汗，讓工程來看，就掰了2下空調葉，然後來句再等一會兒空調會冷的，我説開了3小時還是不製冷，我們住酒店是來享受的，不是來蒸桑拿的，他來句再過幾小時再不好我再來看，那再來看還是繼續翻一下空調出風口就好?之後又聯繫客房，白班的阿姨已下班，前台叫了另一個客房阿姨，那個人態度也不好，反正這次入住之後這兩個員工服務態度讓人對酒店印象大打折扣。

床硬的要命，睡到半夜熱了起來開空調聲音非常響，浴室的浴缸很臟很臟，淋浴房的花灑🚿衹有大的，沒有活動的，超級不方便，早餐種類還算豐富，但是衞生很差，吃到了漁網，和服務員説的時候他們連句道歉的話都沒有，很無語，還五星級，呵呵，連一般的三星都不如，

下高速十分鐘車程，周邊商場眾多，吃飯購物娛樂都方便，遺憾的是酒店觀光電梯沒開。開元一貫的冰箱裏面有飲料，喜歡。房間中規中矩，早餐還是可以的，就是餐廳有點小，在一樓就沒有景觀位了。還有一點不情之請，房間沒洗漱用品在登記入住時就提醒一下

約幾位好友到嘉善聚會，太晚了，選了世博開元。在嘉善市中心，房間也蠻大的，乾乾淨淨沒有異味。早餐品種該有的都有，端午節後一天，人不多，非常棒。

酒店硬件條件品質好，服務態度特別好，熱情周到，不失禮節，地理位置好，商務出差和家庭旅行最好的選擇。
