南湖大廈，真的超讚，強烈推薦，工作人員真的細心熱情，當天早上10點多下火車，本來不到入住時間，但是工作人員貼心的為我們開了房間，並且給我們一家三口免費升級了豪華商務套房，，當時如果沒有房，工作人員大可以讓我們等14點有房再入住，可是工作人員為了讓我們更好的休息直接讓我們入住現有的比我們定的房子更貴的套間去休息，酒店裡不會吵吵嚷嚷，很安靜。無論是環境，裝修，服務，都是值得推薦的，我們出遊的這三天，每次打車出去，司機師傅説的最多的就是你們住的這個酒店是我們這裏最好的酒店！確實是特別好的！

房間非常好，很安靜。雖然周圍吃飯的地方少，但是去哪兒也都很近很方便。外賣也可以到。遇到的服務人員都很熱情有禮貌。旁邊就是討賴河公園，飯後散步挺不錯的。

酒店服務熱情，無論迎賓、前台還是餐廳。完全出乎意料的好啊!第一次來嘉峪關出差，朋友推薦的這裏。停車非常方便，免費停車。酒店環境很好，酒店旁邊不遠就是南湖公園，出去散步非常方便。酒店房間很大，整體裝修很新，乾淨，尤其是浴缸也非常乾淨，側浴分離，入住放心，最最貼心的是，當我辦理退房時，前台得知我要開很久的長途車，特意送了兩瓶温熱的礦泉水，貼心至極。
這幾年入住過沒有上百家酒店也有七八十家，這是唯一讓我感動的一次。總之性價比超高!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

房間非常乾淨整潔，酒店服務非常貼心，準備的迎接水果，並且贈送了早餐，還配送到房間，因為有小朋友，還貼心地沒有放辣椒，可以説考慮的很到位了，總體體驗感非常棒👍👍👍👍

房間舒適，乾淨衞生。這個酒店的服務是很多五星，超五星的酒店都比不了的。主動打電話詢問我們具體看演出時間。演出結束後，主動致電我們到店時間。到酒店空調都開好了，水果也都送到房間了。這麼周到的服務是我們此次西北行體驗感最好的。特別提一下，前台經理牛經理，真是有求必應，事事都想到客人前面。到張掖七彩丹霞旅遊一定要體驗一下七彩賓館。

房間大，舒適，衞生，環境很好，後面還有個御花園，有湖亭，旁邊是南湖公園。早中餐都在酒店吃的，點的菜都很好吃，韭菜牛肉絲好嫩，價格也不貴。下次來還會住這裏。
